Great clinic staff are very caring and supportive. They are upfront about costs before service is provided. The veternarian Dr. Vits has often called me to inquire about pet's health.

As I sit here reading reviews in attempts to find a new Vet Clinic, I felt it was necessary to express my concerns of this animal hospital for others who are seeking services.My dog is my best friend! He has been my biggest support and comfort through many very tragic events this last 5 years of my life. He means the world to me.Two months ago, after struggling to find out why my boy has been losing so much weight, we found out he has Congestive Heart Failure. I’m crushed. During my visit when we discover this tragic news, I felt that I was not given suggestions and guidance how to treat and care for my boy during his last days. I felt that my advice was simply to “let him go” without attempting to provide quality care so he can enjoy the time has left. I was given two prescriptions which I was greatful for, however, I feel as though the prescription was written just to satisfy me.It’s been two months now and I have not heard from the Vet Clinic. No follow up call to check on my dogs well being, no call to see how he has responded to the meds… nothing. I’m crushed! I have gotten many follow up calls in the past when my dog has had ear infections etc. haever, I find out that my dog is dying and I the doctor doesn’t feel it’s necessary to follow up with me?I spend every day focusing on caring for my boy. Two short walks, cooking special food as his appetite comes and goes, making sure his water intake is adequate, timing his meds.. every day I evaluate the quality of his life. He still gets excited for his walks and car rides, he still enjoys the backyard with me and he is still full of love. I often wonder if the meds he is on needs to be adjusted as my sister who’s dog has CHF has had her dogs meds adjusted several times this past year to support his appetite etc.I am dissspopointed with Morinville Vet Clinic as I simply don’t feel confident to return and discuss my dogs condition and meds as I feel there is no athentic compassion or support. I need to know that the animal health care providers care as much as I do about my Dog’s health. I should not rely on asking Google for advice when I pay good money for animal health care services. I should feel confident to turn to my Vet when I need advice.

I took my shitzu here on tue for the first time. I was so pleased with how efficient and caring everyone was. The Vet is awesome and called within 2 hours for belles blood work. Definately will be our choice for belles vet needs!

I recently saw Dr. Moore who I belive is a new vet with this client (our old vet moved on) and he was great. I like that this vet office has never pushed me to over medicate or give my dogs every preventive shot and ingestion in the book. The staff is always very kind and approachable. If you are looking give them a call.

Every staff member is welcoming, friendly and compassionate. Dr. Moore took the time to answer all of my questions and handled my dog in an easy professional manner. He explained all of my options and gave me his honest opinion and let me decide without pressure either way. I also felt the fees were reasonable. The reception staff and techs were very helpful and it made my dog's first visit enjoyable. I will be back and would recommend this clinic to dog owners.

This clinic is neglectful and money hungry.-I signed up for the Optimum Care Plan for my kitten in October of 2021. I specifically asked the receptionist that it not be renewed, and in August 2022 I gave them my new updated email for notifications/receipts. The email was apparently never recorded, and my file was never adjusted. They are refusing to reimburse me despite my best efforts to not be charged $500.00 dollars without my knowing. The receptionist then went on and told me repeatedly that it was my fault.-It took three years for the front desk to change over my cat from my family's account onto my own personal account. I was told it was a simple number change, but now, my parenys continue to receive calls pertaining to her, and I get calls pertaining to my parents dogs. THESE ARE SEPERATE ACCOUNTS.-The staff turnover in obscene. Due to there never being a consistent staff, there has been no continuation of care for my cat and she has suffered greatly for it. Thank goodness the clinic got all the money though!-In conclusion, the staff are neglectful, apathetic and rude, they are administratively a mess. I wish I could say anything about the clinicians, but none of them have been there long enough for me to learn their names :)edit: tried calling back to get my money back, no phones were answered even though i tried for days. ended up taking her to Erin Ridge Vet and they had Kiwi diagnosed and on proper meds within a week for a quarter of the price. GO TO ERIN RIDGE IT IS WORTH THE DRIVE

Amazing and super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely made a great choice for a veterinarian team. You definitely won't be disappointed if you choose them as your fur baby's vet!!!

I’d give higher if I could. I’ve used the clinic since I first got my pup 5 years ago, the first couple years have been great. Everyone was super kind and caring both vets and vet techs. Our last two visits have not been good, the vets have both been jumpy around my dog and while yes my dog is antsy, some calmness and time would be wonderful instead of the vet trying to rush through it. The vet techs were amazing as always for us, kind, understanding and wonderful with my dog. The vet this appointment wasn’t so great, we’ve never once seen the same vet twice which would be great with my nervous dog to help him get use to being handled by a stranger. This time around, I felt like I was being talked down to and treated like I didn’t know anything about my dog and all my worries were hardly important. I asked the vet about legumes in dog food and got an answer that there was not much to go on and my worries weren’t valid, but when I reached home and looked up the website to the clinic, there was an entire article written by the clinic about grain free kibble and legumes. The vet tried to rush through the appointment and didn’t take any time to have my dog calm down for his vaccinations and exam. Very unprofessional.

As a 1st time dog owner I was given so much great information. The gentleness of the vet and techs was so appreciative. My Ricky Bobby had a great experience as did I.
