Generally pays claims as stated in benefits book, however their online services for plan members are lacking. While they do have an online claims process, it is cumbersome and no secure portal exists for plan members to confirm receipt of online claims. Their mobile claims app is poorly designed with very limited functionality.

If I could leave a zero star review i would. The onboarding process has been terrible, hopefully the claim submission process is less cumbersome and disappointing.

It was good and easy to navigate. The only problem is the explanation needs to be a bit more. Did a picture request and I needed more details than I provided.

Always call them to get full coverage . The guys who approving the claim without knowing the percentage of coverage .
