Booked a load with Sam Smith Ext 306 for the next day. Took the follow up next day and updated that driver will be there by 1 pm. Got a silly excuse and wasted our time completely. I am sure we would definitely not recommend to trust them. They are not in US for sure as there is a language barrier. Hard to communicate with them over the call.
