We love our porch enclosure! From start to finish they exceeded our expectations. To start, Michael got in touch with me very quickly. Followed up to ensure I received his call. He came to give a quote and it was quick, easy to understand and he was super prepared and very transparent. He answered all our questions and the price was good. The initial timeline was what we expected but they were able to do it sooner. The installation was quick and professional. The work was well done and they made sure to explain everything to me about the door before leaving. Highly recommend!

Too many great things to say about this dynamic trio !! We received a text saying they were on their way and when they arrived they were courteous and so very polite. They fixed our window issue in record time and had a look at another one of our windows as well. Nina, Anthony and Micheal you are truly one of the best in customer service. Amazing service! We bought our windows a few years ago, and all of them have been great but we recently experienced an issue with one of the windows, and the vinyl pro team was so easy to work with, no hassle and within a few weeks came and replaced the window in minutes!!! Anthony and Nina were absolutely lovely!! Definitely recommend! Great product and even better service!

Tony and Nina came to our home to fix a cracked window. They were so pleasant to deal with. They were very professional, clean, and quick. They were happy to answer all our questions and let us know we were welcome to call them with any further concerns. Excellent service!

We recently moved into a new home. All the windows were installed in 2013 by the previous owner.All the windows are triple glazed glass and have Vinylpro stickers on the inside frames.About half the triple glazed glass panels have broken seals and fog between the panes. Clearly a manufacturing defect.I inquired with Vinylpro customer service about warranty, and they offer NO warranty unless you provide them the installing contractor. Without this information you're out of luck.I wish I had a better experience to write about, and I am hopeful they reach out with positive resolution so as to make this right.

I had recently found a defect in one of my 2019 installed Vinyl Pro Windows and attempted to reach out to the Installer that I bought the windows from.After being unable to have the warranty honoured by the installer, I called Vinyl Pro directly and was put in contact with Victoria. She was fantastic, going above and beyond to assist in having my problem resolved.Victoria and the Vinyl Pro team standing behind their product offered to replace the window under warranty as well as wave the cost of the install. Seeing that the install was supposed to be my original installer, I truly appreciated her sending their own installer Arthur and his team to replace my faulty window.Arthur and his team were truly professionals leaving me extremely satisfied with the install.Thank you Victoria and Arthur for all your help in having my defective window replaced and showing me how Vinyl Pro truly does stand behind the top quality of their product.

We had new windows installed last year and soon discovered that the seals were broken on five of thirteen windows. The installation company reached out to the supplier, Vinyl-Pro, who quickly arranged to have the defective units replaced. Anthony and Mina at Vinyl-Pro were fast and friendly, and ensured that we were happy with their work. Great service! Highly recommend.

Happy with the experience so far. My windows were replaced by Window experts. The window in the basement was very difficult to open/closed. Two attempts by Window Experts to fixed the problem was unsuccessful so they made a service call to the manufacturer (Vinyl Pro). Appointment was scheduled very quickly. I will update once the technician fixed the window. But so far so good.The other windows are fine no issues.Nina and Tony came today and fixed the window. It’s now easy to open and close. The visit was pleasant. They explained everything to me and made sure I was completely satisfied before they leave.Thanks Nina and Tony!
