My (now) husband and I got married in June and we used Thoughtful Gifts & Flowers to do our centerpiece arrangements. We had purchased our own stands and were initially planning on buying bulk flowers and making our own centerpieces. However, 2 weeks before our wedding, we changed our minds and scurried to find an available florist to make our arrangements. Carm was quick to respond to my email inquiry and provided all the information I needed so we booked her. I sent her pictures of my vision for our centerpieces and 2 days before our wedding, she emailed me with a sample picture of what she was creating for our centerpieces -- it was perfect! She arrived on time and helped arrange the centerpieces on our tables. Her prices were very reasonable and the flowers looked beautiful on our tables! She is fantastic to work with and I'd highly recommend her for your wedding or other special events.Thank you Carm! We loved the centerpieces -- you really helped capture our vision for our day :)

I paid extra for the premium flower arrangement of the purple passion and I was absolutely dismayed at the arrangement. Flowers were wilted, they did not look fresh, and even some flowers were missing (Monte Cristo asters)!I have attached images for reference to compare to what they advertise on their website. This arrangement looks even worse than the standard...I wanted to support this local business during this difficult time, but I am truly disappointed that the service was not met.I even contacted them to have this problem fixed, and they have flat out ignored me.I will not be buying from them again. Take your business elsewhere!

I was sent flowers for valentines day from Thoughtful Gifts and Flowers. They left the flowers outside in the freezing cold to die. The flowers were delivered sometime between 7:30 and 9:30 in the evening. I called the following day to advise of what had happened and that half of the flowers in the arrangement were dead. I was told that it was Valentines Day, that they called and left a message (which they did and no one was home!!!), I was then rudely told that they have 3000 other customers and that they don't need my business....there are better places to go.UPDATE - after the person that sent the flowers called to complain I was advised that I would receive a new bouquet the following day at 10 am. Guess what? It's been three days....nothing. They couldn't even get their replacement flower delivery right. Unreliable and very unprofessional.

I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed. I ordered the Sweetest Sunrise Bouquet, for my best friend's, mother's funeral. I upgraded, and paid, in total, $116 for it to be delivered to the funeral home. When we arrived, we looked everywhere to find our arrangement. My friend showed me to it, which it was smaller than my head. I took photos next to espresso cups, to show the size. As well, there were many flowers that were browned and wilting. I could have purchased the same arrangement in a grocery store, for 1/3 of the cost.

I was impressed with the next day delivery. I ordered the daily special. However the arrangement that was pictured was nothing like what was delivered. I was hoping for something colourful instead I got white and yellow. There should be a note at least preparing the customer as to what they are purchasing.

You would think they would at least call and say hey we don't have planters. Or we can give a discount because the order is not what you expected. But instead they said we can go pick it up and give you a refund. I had the feeling that they didn't really care and just hoped no one would have noticed. At this point I was a bit shocked so I said well I will just leave a review for you then. The lady on the phone was fine with that so here is my review.*****Very Bad customer service and Experience.****"

I would think hard before you entrust this florist with any of your special plans. I worked with florists for over 5 years in my previous job and I've never experienced this lack of professionalism and also lack of empathy for trying to make someone's day special. I have also patronized other local businesses the past 15 years to send flowers to my mom and I have only once had an issue and it was handled with professionalism.I am extremely disappointed by my experience, hoping to deliver flowers to my mom for her birthday. I ordered on Friday, with the order going through prior to 6 pm on Friday evening - for delivery on Saturday. Saturday goes by with no delivery. I call and leave a message that afternoon. At 5:51 pm I received an email from her account saying Sorry but due to family emergency we were unable to take care of your order"
