Went to Prairie Donair and the experience was very bad. We ordered chicken shawarma. The two ladies took the order and just prepared the food without asking us for our choice for the things to be added. In our group we had two members who didn't like onions but these two ladies already stuffed onions. On asking to prepare the food of our choice, they were blaming us that we sat on the opposite side of the shop so they prepared the food according to their choice. On countering, one girl started arguing and blaming us for their fault. Though the other girl accepted her mistake that she didn't ask us our preference but still we had to accept the food thinking of not wasting the same.. later we repented as the food's taste was also not good.. i remember last time we went there and a guy was there instead of these ladies.. he had prepared the food which was much tastier and according to our choice.. to cut short, today we had to waste half of the food as couldn't consume due to the bad taste.. will never suggest anyone to go to this shop if these two ladies are seen.. instead if you see the other guy working there, then you may go confidently and have the food of your choice..

Went in and ordered a Chicken schwarma combo and the girl asked if I wanted extra meat as the deal of the day was free extra meat if you also ordered a drink. I figured sure why not as I was ordering a combo anyways. She prepares my schwarma and proceeds to tell me that French fries are not included in “the deal” Long story short it cost me more money for the free extra meat without fries then if I had actually got what I originally asked for. Chicken in the schwarma was seasoned nicely but dried right out. It was my first time trying a Prairie Donair, I may try it again but likely won’t come back to this location. Poor value

Tasty, greasy fries. Meat in the wrap was crisped and browned up nicely. The pita sort of fell apart, not the best held together wrap. Its expensive at almost 25$ but it did satisfy the glutton in me.

I really like Prairie Donair. Their food is consistently good..the only thing I haven't liked was the chicken Sharma with the pickled turnips..it wasn't anything they did it was just personal taste- that wasn't for me. But the maple and Greek and chicken lamb domains are awesomeIt's always clean when I go there and it smells delicious inside.

We went here today, also we are regulars here. There were two girls working and after we ordered food they didnt even ask what to put in it and made decision themselves.. when we asked them one girl in cap apologised but another one started blaming us that why we sat in the other end of store. This is not the worth of spending money on it and being regulars here it felt bad. The other guys who work here are always so welcoming

I visited Prairie Donair, and the experience was awful. We got shawarma chicken. Our company included two individuals who did not enjoy onions, but these two women had previously stuffed onions. When we asked them to make the meal of our choice, they blamed us for sitting on the other side of the store, so they made the food in accordance with their preference. One of the girls got into an argument when we countered and said it was our responsibility. While the other girl admitted that she should have asked us about our preferences, we still had to eat the meal in order to avoid wasting it. Will never recommend anybody visit this store if these two ladies are seen. Instead, if any other employee is there, you may go confidently and have the cuisine you choose confidently. Ultimately, half of the meal had to be wasted owing to the poor taste.

Ordered through skip tonight. Never been before so didn’t know what to expect but the food was good, arrived quickly and was packaged nicely.The only comment on mine was that the steak was a bit on the chewy/reminded me of deli roasted beef, so probably will get something else next time.
