Went to Party City looking for Halloween costumes for my step- daughters and was very disappointed in their service. $60+ costumes and now where to try them on for size, seems ridiculous to me. As well, they have a restroom but only allow staff to use it and put a metal bin infront of the door so that paying costumers have to go to a fast food establishment nearby. Driving an hour to get to a store with poor selection and poor customer service was definitely not worth it.

Decent place with good party supplies.The store is well maintained, shelves are well stocked, well organized and clean.The employees are helpful and attentive, we have been here for many birthday setups and they have never steered us wrong.Halloween is awesome here, their selection is second to none and just taking a browse can turn into some fun times.Not too expensive, lots of great helium balloon options

I had a balloon bouquet made for my mother's 90th birthday and they did an outstanding job! Ordering was quick and easy and they were ready at the specified time.The reason I didn't give 5 stars was because it's expensive, $60 for two Mylar and 10 latex, but she enjoyed them so much I'd pay that price again. The Mylar floated for almost 2 weeks.

Great place to buy all your party, birthday, event needs. There is loads of balloon choices.Assorted candy. All your supplies that you could possibly need can be found here. Great costumes for kids and adults as well.

Nice variety of costumes for holidays. Also have a large section dedicated to birthday parties featuring popular themes. Banners, balloons, streamers. Tons of loot bag things and an assortment of candies. And other event necessities. Staff is very helpful.

Very disappointed in lack of supplies, no matching boxes of forks an spoons in any colour ,tons of knives only, some colours sheves were empty and lacked baby shower confections and other shower supplies .Will try another store to see if there is a better selection in stock.
