I’ve been going to this pharmacy ever since they opened their doors. All I can say is that their team of pharmacists are very helpful and have always been there for me and my family to support us. They always fill the prescription with the right dose and quantity. They also always reach out to my family doctor or other doctors to ask for refills on my prescriptions.I thoroughly believe the reviews on this site are out of spite and quite frankly are very disgusting. People (e.g. other pharmacies) are jealous of how successful this pharmacy is and want to see its downfall. Also, I can assure you no one has asked me to write this review. But I find it cute how everyone thinks the head pharmacist is begging people to write good reviews.

Dr. Solma is very patient and is happy to consult with you. She always gives your medication in a timely manner and is very professional. She is very kind and ensures you get the best quality. Highly recommend. Best pharmacy in Richmond Hill.Hojjat

I have had a couple incidents with this pharmacy, I let each one slide since I needed my medication. However, today was the last straw I ran out of my medication earlier and I called them asking for a refill. They informed me they had no more refills and I have to go to my doctor which is false because they only gave me a one month supply instead of 3 month supply that was stated on my prescription. This has happened before that they give me less tablets than I’m suppose to receive and promise to make up for it the next time and they never do. It is very inconvenient to have to constantly go to the pharmacy. To make matters worse I realized that they had also given me the wrong dose, increased the dose without my doctors approval and never mentioned it to me. When I pointed it out to her (the manager I believe her name is Somal) that I have been taking a higher dose, she said I should of read the label. Like I’m sorry that I trusted in you to mention it to me since it is the only part of your job to mention to the customer how to take her medication especially if their has been any change.Even if it was one of her colleagues or volunteers that gave me the medication when I picked it up as a manager you should take responsibility and at least apologize for the mistake that has occurred.Never go here as they do not care about the safety of their customers or take any responsibility for their mistakes.

The manager was rude and unprofessional. Failed to provide the right amount of prescribed medication. This is the absolute best pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They answer all your questions, always good advise, never at rush. Very polite, helpful, knowledgeable and reliable. HIGHLY recommended
