Spent $50 for lunch for my family. Came back to the counter shortly after and asked for a small cup of water for my son. They refused, saying with dollar days I can just pay $1. I questioned them, saying I spent a lot of money there and they won't even give him a bit of tap water. They again doubled down and said we have to pay $1. I realize we are talking about $1 but the principle of it remains. They've lost me as a customer.

For McDonald's the place is pretty good. Normally you get exactly what you order without any mistakes. Unfortunately the name sets a low bar for what you're going to get. The place is clean, cleaner than most McDonald's. It's not the Holy Grail of McDonald's but it's a very well kept establishment. And thankfully it's open 24 hours for munchies.

Great place to relax and eat after a long days work, in this spacious location. Plus the servers were nice and sufficient. Two thumbs up!

Made a mobile order through the McDonald's app on the phone. When I arrived and paid the order, it showed some technical issue and no order number was shown in the phone. Then I made the order again. The crew knew that they are duplicate orders but still refused to stop the second one even I asked them to cancel it. Eventually I had to pay for the duplicated orders due to their technical issue.

It's pretty busy most of the time because there's a play place so kids come from all over as McDonald's doesn't seem to do playplaces anymore since the pandemic

Had drive through breakfast, their coffee was good, egg sausage and cheese muffin was very tasty and the egg was very fresh. They gave us fries as they were out of hashbrowns but we enjoyed it all. Recommend it.

Absolutely terrible service. ANY time I have ordered through Uber, they forget something significant in the meal. When you call (and it takes numerous attempts to reach someone) they just tell you to call Uber or Skip and totally pass the buck and take zero accountability. Honestly, just get a manager who cares about running the store and will train the staff properly. It

The place not bad- The area is big and they have play area- The store inside was nice for dine in beside the fireplace- The food was good twoThe only two issues :-1- the store need more clean during the day specially during the weekend2- Last visit was rain, and floor too slippery, unfortunately no one put sign for caution or wipe the floor
