Just bought a new Jones ultra mind expander from Commit. Knowledgeable and very customer focused. Adam and Morgan did a great job helping me through this purchase and went out of their way to ensure I could hit the hill without delay. Morgan, thanks for opening early for me. Best overall experience I’ve had in a while.

Had a small issue with some bibs I bought on sale from a previous season. Alot of shops would claim clearance product final sale sorry bud. Morgan at Commit helped out without question and went above and beyond, in my opinion, to understand my frustration and help me with a solution. A great shop and one I'm proud to have in our town. Thanks again guys!!!!

I don’t shop here often but when I do I always get the help I need. Last time I went in Stephanie really helped me choose suitable skateboards for my kids. And Adam has always been amazing.

John is an absolute legend, helped us with some of the finer details and we're extremely happy with our purchases here.As a full-time snowboarder it's clear they only stock equipment they believe in and use themselves. I'll be sure to save my purchases for when I'm in town in the future!! Cheers guys and thank you!

Came here after looking all around town. Adam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping both me and my wife get boards and/or equipment. Morgan setup our equipment and other members of the staff (apologies for not getting all the names) assisted me in getting new boots heated and fitted. Day one on the hill was amazing thanks to these guys and gals and to top it all off I had a binding strap break towards the end of the day and Adam stayed open about a half hour later just to fix it. Couldn’t ask for better service. They earned their 5 stars.

I stop and shop at Commit every time I am in Fernie and the service has always been great!During my last stop I picked up a hat and didn't notice it was slightly discolored. They sent me a replacement (I live in Saskatchewan) and they took great care of me as a customer. Feels good when a business appreciates their customers!Will definitely be back and support Adam and Morgan!You guys rock!

Great selection for a small snowboard shop but poor service. Walked in and was the only customer but the guy wouldn’t get off his phone. Wanted to try on snowboard boots but ended up just walking out with no more then a hi when I walked in.

Partner had issues with the heel cup bolt on her Union bindings and we got excellent service! Wish I had got the guys name but I know he's in a punk band. Will definitely be coming back next time we're in Fernie to grab more gear! Top notch service, selection and customer service!
