Gurleen did an amazing job on my natural look" makeup. I did the 60 min session and bought falsies (you do have the option to pass). It was my first time ever getting my makeup done so I was a little nervous but Gurleen was so friendly and knowledgeable that I knew I was in good hands! I got many compliments at the wedding and my face did not feel too cakey at all. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a natural look!!"

I went yesterday at Mac for the first time…it was my first purchase with Mac to be very honest….And I was so impressed…so I just entered and jass who was very patient and helped me….so I just her I don’t know my shade noting…please suggest me something to cover my pigmentation….she just tried first thing on my face which change my complete look …that shows how experienced she is that she don’t have to think for it even 1min……so I was quiet impressed with her ….when I came home everyone just loved every single product….I would highly recommend to go bramlea city centre and ask for jass…she will not suggest you 4/5items but affordable and less product…definitely give a try …you would love her like me

I went in search of a specific line of MAC lipsticks which a friend uses, and which stay on for hours! I had never shopped at this particular store prior to my visit, nor was I a user of MAC. A special thank you to Renee for her attention and knowledgeable opinion. I was able to use testers (all cleaned and offered to me with disposable applicators) prior to making my purchases. The lipsticks were definitely more pigmented than my usual ones and I look forward to a different look. For me, the shopping experience was a good one because had I been left on my own, I would have been overwhelmed and no doubt, left without making a purchase. Instead Renee, and Hillary too, answered my questions, always in a good natured and helpful manner. Thank you!

I went in today hoping to buy some gift sets and I had 2 people ask me if I needed help within 2 mins and I declined yet I had this brown girl stand right across from me staring at me.. like hellooo? It’s 2022 why are we acting like this towards black people. I stared right back and decided to leave because I was so uncomfortable . I went to the bay and they had the exact same items I wanted and I was greeted by a lovely black woman who minded her business while I shopped. You guys lost out on $300 over discrimination I hope you’re happy.

Tysha is truly an incredible makeup artist!! I was extremely nervous because I had such an important event to attend. She kept me calm, talked me through the entire appointment. I never looked so beautiful. She went above and beyond. Thank you times infinity ❤️
