I honestly cannot say enough positive things about this showroom, the overall shopping experience, and my stylist (Farrah). The showroom is absolutely stunning and modern, and I loved how personal/intimate the experience felt. The champagne with little rosebuds in it is a really nice touch. Farrah was so kind, professional, and patient. She made me feel so comfortable. All of the dresses are beautiful and elegant and I am so glad to have purchased from here! I used to live around the corner from the showroom and would walk by all the time with my dog Gracie. I would always admire the store/dresses and knew that I would get my dress from here :) Thank you, Farrah and GLL!

I could not be happier with GLL. Everything abut the store and the people who work there are so lovely. I had Farrah for most of my appointments and she went above and beyond for me. She is professional, knowledgeable and so lovely! She is the best, I just love her! I felt so comfortable and had the best experience with my sisters. I got the Clo Crepe dress, Lumi veil, and the Felipa earrings from GLL. I highly recommend GLL, it was a magical experience!

I have been an obsessed with Grace Love Lace gowns for years, and when it was brought to Toronto I was so excited! I went to the Toronto show room for my first dress shopping experience and it did not disappoint! Farrah was my stylist and from start to finish she was amazing! She was knowledgeable about the different styles of dresses, fabrics the over process of ordering a GGL gown and made it so much for myself and family who joined me. I have already booked my second appointment to return back. All the gowns are gorgeous and unique! GGL is a dream and I recommend it to all brides!

Such a perfect experience! This dress shopping stop was my very first and Sumi made the experience so simple, fun, and comfortable! The shop was absolutely stunning and the location was perfect for a day out with your girls. The dresses were also so unique and comfy, while also being sexy and elegant. My goal for the day was to have fun, learn what styles and dresses I liked, and find a dress that made me feel comfortable and confident. All these goals were 100% met by my visit! Had a wonderful experience looking for a dress here! Our consultant Yasmine was so lovely and supportive - honestly the best service I've encountered thus far. Was a beautifully decorated shop and complimentary bubbly was a sweet touch. Didn't feel rushed and they were not pushy at all.

The dresses at Grace Loves Lace are everything! The showroom is absolutely beautiful, it’s the perfect backdrop to try on these incredible dresses.When making my initial appointment there was a mix up with my booking. However, after calling the store in a panic they assured me they would rebook me for the same day and that my appointment would go ahead as expected.I had the pleasure of working with Farrah, she is warm and bubbly and made sure all my needs were taken care of! Farrah went the extra mile to suggest the best strapless bras and when to order any additional accessories to ensure everything would arrive on time. I’ve absolutely loved working with her, she made me feel special and so comfortable!All my communication with head office in Australia has been really quick and seamless as well!

I’ve had a crush on the Inca gown for forever and was certain that was the dress I was meant to have. When I tried it on, I didn’t feel the spark which worried me because I truly didn’t know what I wanted then. My consultants Farrah and Yasmine were INCREDIBLY helpful. They knew exactly what dresses to pull for me and I ended up saying yes to a dress I didn’t think I ever would. These ladies were also just so warm and welcoming which made such a nerve wracking day feel so incredibly fun and exciting. They also take really good images of you in your dress to help hype you up which I think is just such an added bonus. On top of the wonderful service, the space is just absolutely gorgeous and makes you feel like you really are getting to have a luxury experience.
