Just had my 50th bday here. The party room was nice and roomy, well ventilated, and well lit. Our server Patti was exceptional! She kept up with the 45+ attendees and was still smiling at the end. Buffet food was excellent. Special dietary needs were met without issue.Came hack this morning for breakfast. Again, not disappointed. Main dining room is warm but not crowded in. Lighting was bright. TV background sound was not overpowering conversation at our table. Trent (owner) kept us well caffinated. Food was fresh, hot and well seasoned.Definitely a place worth going back to soon.

Not coming back here. I went for lunch here with my partner on Sunday. Friday, I got a plate full of burnt fries, which the server brought to the table: weird how both orders had fries, his were good, mine were all black. Not big deal they changed it. I then took a half of my sandwich home and upon eating it now, I found a half of broken toothpick that was buried into the sandwich that I almost cut and splintered my mouth on. I attached a photo. Only gave it 2 stars, because the fry order that was corrected came in very good.

BEST WINGS EVER!!!! Cozy atmosphere and exceptional service! One of the nicest places to eat in town! Prices are reasonable and their new menu worth the try! “Two Guinness please!” always starts our meals! Enjoy!!!

We held a retirement party , with just over 40 guests , in the back room . Amazing food and service , we highly recommended this for any event. Trent was fantastic booking the room and communicating with us. Renee was our server for the evening and was super friendly and fun to have around ! Thank you to the rest of the staff for helping as well ! We had a fabulous evening!!

The food was decent. The service was not great. Finished our drinks and was not offered refills. After we finished our meal we waited for our server to take the plates and she never came back to the table. We had to go ask someone else for our bill.

Don’t know if it’s under new ownership however, my partner, she ordered the fish and chips… the fish was fine but the French fries were so brown they were borderline ready to go in the garbage… should never have been put on a plate.. they need to clean the oil… it was bad. I had the Yorkshire pudding bowl… its a mash which was edible but I feel mashed like this was a past trend.. I would have enjoyed a steak pie dinner with mashed potatoes and a nice Yorkshire pudding on the side. You really could not taste that delicious Yorkshire pudding taste… steak inside it was good… tasted like it was from a steak pie. The whole dinner just wasn’t elevated.

I wanted to express our gratitude of the service we received for our brother’s celebration of life on April 1stI communicated through email with the manager Trent he responded right away with our request to use the party room. The menu was reasonable priced and the variety of food was perfect for a luncheon. On the day he came introduced himself and was kind and made you feel comfortable. The waitress Renee did an outstanding job with providing drinks to everyone remembering their names and extremely friendly and efficient. The food was fabulous we had so many compliments from the people who attended. Trent was bringing out the food and was continuously asking if we needed anything was very involved. I can say I have never experienced such extraordinary service than we received that day. I would highly recommend.Thanks again for the awesome job that you both provided. You worked so hard and wanted to recognize you both for your services.

Today was my very first visit at this restaurant. I have heard that their hamburgers are delicious and also give recommendations for their liver and onions; fish and chips; and chicken asiago sandwich. It usually takes me a very long time to decide what I want to eat, but right when I walked in there was a special menu that I just couldn't resist. Sandra was a phenomenal server. She knew exactly when to come back to check on us and constantly made sure that our drinks were topped up. I have recommended this restaurant to my father as he has monthly get togethers with his retired friends. I certainly will be back to try all the items I did not this time.

This restaurant has become a local favourite for my husband and I. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant is clean (especially, the bathroom!! lol) and the food will not disappoint!I was surprised with the taste and quality of the various dishes we have chosen over our time going there. You can dress it up or down! Pub grub or a lovely dinner.The burgers are big and delicious. I would never be able to eat a whole one by myself.For the readers who are from Newfoundland, I'd have to say the 'chips' here are as good as 'Keith's' in the Gould's. YUP! That Good! lolWe like the overall (everything) and it's a nice place to make as your local.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my order. Whole thing was cold and undercooked. It's too bad because I have enjoyed the food here before, but this time was way off the mark. Glad I caught it before I ate more.
