Staff are extremely rude. I walked in with my son and asked general questions to a staff member regarding a product I was interested in purchasing. He / she was so arrogant and disrespectful that we left.After reading recent reviews terrible customer service is a re-occurring problem which the manager is aware of and obviously is doing nothing.The manager and employees at this store need to be terminated and replaced.If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I like that the staff know their stuff and they are all really helpful. The store is always organized!

One of their staff members was unapologetically rude. I will go out of my way to not shop at this location. Avoid KP GameStop if you don't want to deal with terrible service.

I don't normally write reviews but when I do it's because of exceptional service or an exceptional product.in this case it is the COMPLETE opposite !!!We all know PS5's are hard to come by so when my wife tells me GameStop has them I go right over to the store (we were in KP mall).I ask, do you have the digital or disc models in ? Response was we have the disc... Now I do not want or need the disc I say ... Whatever... These are hard to find I will pay the extra (this is for a gift for my son).When it comes time to pay the guy tells me it will be $910...Ummm... These are $649, how do you get to $910 ?Well... He pulls out a list and explains to curb scalpers they are forcing people to buy games from them to help offset the scalping that has plagued the PS5 since day #1.How is scalping (forcing the consumer to buy more) curbing scalping ? I am one guy with his wife trying to buy ONE PS5 for his son... I am not trying to buy all of them !!!Either way... This is BAD BUSINESS and I definitely won't EVER go back or spend another dollar in that store or chain EVER AGAIN !!!

I would go in to look around, only to feel like im an unwanted presents . the staring and the general attitude towards questions i have asked about stock. And pre orders aren't pleasant.Im probably not going to come back to this store again.

Best service in the local games industry, quick, friendly and fast.This Game Stop has saved my gamer life many times over the past two decades.I've been shopping at this location so long I remember when they originally carried Pokemon cards in rhe early 2000s.They have Incredibly friendly staff that have killer recommendations, the staff are always so quick to make you feel welcome and part of the community.I really like the layout, however, its not setup to be wheelchair friendly I can see how folks with mobility issues would have problems.The store is really clean, tidy and well put together. Even with the current holiday rush they keep it sorted well.

Quick in and out. They aren't the best of their locations in the city for selection, but it's decent enough and convenient with the rest of mall shopping.

Thank you to the one employee who scoured their back counter in search of a used copy of mario odyssey, saved me 30$ lol

Worst experience - Actually, i checked online for “Uncharted” on official GameStop website and it’s availability on this store. But when i went there next day, they told me that it’s “out of stock”. So i again checked online and showed them that it says available in store at this location. They said this is may be a glitch in website. So i came home and ordered it online for pick-up from same store. And within 1 hour, I RECEIVED call from some store that my order is ready for pickup. So the question is Why they lie to customers just because they are getting late for their break?
