Worst sandwiches. Bread was soooo hard had to replace with our own bread. We always have the turkey bacon club but this bread was not edible. I’m always polite always saying my please and thank you but at this Tim Hortons even when trying to be respectful to the workers I’m treated with disrespect,

Worst customer service experience. Location doesn't deserve any stars. Ordered few things 2 lemonade without ice., Along with coffee and iced cappuccino, I had to repeat my order few times and finally I had to double check if he got my order correctly. He confirmed but when we got to the window .. the lemonade had ice so we brought it to there attention. Instead of making new ones they decided to dump the ice and give us the drinks so not even worth my money and the ice cappuccino wasn't even made as apparently I never ordered. When I tried to explain few of the employees starting arguing like it was all our fault infront of the 2 small kids I had in the car.. This place is a joke and the employees have no skills or training when it comes to customer service.

I went to location and asked for 6 Large Quenchers.The filled half way and it was 60%iceI called them and the supervisor claimed that this the way how we serve.She said Maybe you took quenches from us first time.Very rude attitude. Will never gonna come back

Wow I am shocked at this Tim Hortons first they gave me wrong order at the drive through lucky I check my food right away in front of them then I come home to see my wrap burnt and my sauce is not even half filled. Do better no wonder why this place have so many bad reviews I wish I checked before ordering from here.

All the girls working are very kind and helpful. Understand concern and give great customer service. I wanted to exchange my order with french vanilla this morning because of wrong order and they patiently listened and exchanged.

I rarely post bad reviews but this one I had too. The store was filthy today with food all over the floor and trash piled up on waste cans. Politely told them to look into the hygiene and cleanliness, no action was taken even after 2 hours. I am surprised how management is allowing these below safely standards and why no health check is done in these stores. Awful. Not to mentioned, this one is prime location.

I ordered ice cappuccino with cream on top. Almost every alternative day I order this and everytime I asked them to proper cream with evenly distributed. But nothing change. This is the worst place to get better service. Hope Tim Hortons gonna have a look on it. Regards

Ordered delivery via UberEatsI ordered the following;BLT SandwichHam MeltHam & Cheddar SandwichClassic LemonadeIced CoffeeEverything was well made, but the BLT sandwich was a huge disappointment. The sandwich had two large tomatoes slices, a single piece of lettuce, and only three pieces of thin bacon. I only tasted the tomatoes and lettuce - the entire sandwich did not have good portion ratios to the ingredients and I felt like I just ate plain sandwich bread.
