The Oshawa Chronic Pain and Migraine Clinic

I have been seeing Dr Hamilton for nerve block injections for the last 3 years or so. They are compassionate and understanding of my pain i go through. They are a great alternative to opiates and it works. Someone left a review saying that they push drugs. It's actually the opposite of that. The injections have taken the pain away and now there is no need for the pills. Thank you to all the staff and the nurses there are awesome as well.Thank youChris

My doctor there is amazing the results work well.Getting a hold of the someone to cancel appointments seem to be difficult.I’ve left several messages and have not got a response.I hope I do not get charged for this appointment I will not be able to attend and tried to give ample notice.

I went to these amazing Drs in a wheel chair due to pain in my lower back, I am now walking and holding a full time job, I do still go and get pain shots when needed as they are amazing to fit me in when I need them! Strongly recommend these Drs and Rose the amazing receptionist!!

You do not need to suffer. There is help.After a lifetime of migraines, expensive prescriptions, herbal and home remedies I have finally found the key to some relief.Injections combined with incredible caring staff are truly a miracle. I appreciate the ease of getting in quickly if a migraine attack comes on, and the ability for flexibility with regular appointment scheduling. The nurses and Dr.s seem to remember all of us (their patients) even little details from quick chatter - resulting in a much more friendly and relaxing atmosphere (without taking away from the professionalism) I can't imagine the treatments being as effective without the magic of this staff. It's one of the few places bed side manor still exists. Please don't ever change!

My first visit and i found them very friendly and efficient. All the needles etc were ready and laid out neatly in a private cubical for me. Dr. Fern is excellent. very friendly and VERY helpful.from larry

NEVER will I go back to this place. I saw the dr there on Dec 13th for severe back pain, he was rude!!! Told me he can't do anything for me unless I had a recent MRI, so he told me they would book it for me. It's now April and I've never heard back from them. I called 3times and left messages asking if/when I'll get my MRI. Never did they respond!!! So fed up with being in pain, I went back to my GP and had an MRI done within 3 days!!! Absolutely disgusted in this place, they did NOTHiNG for me and the doctor was an absolute rude A hole!!! Don't waste your time going here!!!

I have been going to the Oshawa Chronic Pain Clinic for over three years to have nerve block needles. The needles help drastically with my pain management and I am so thankful I can have them every week. Dr. Gharsaa is a fantastic doctor. He is empathetic, kind, and because he is so good at giving the needles I have relief from the pain.The rest of the staff are all wonderful, especially Hailey who deserves so much praise. She is the best! She is so friendly, kind, thorough and she always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is helped as quickly as possible. She is professional and caring. Thanks to her this exceptionally busy clinic runs smoothly. She is a blessing to all the patients and to the clinic as well.

The staff at the Oshawa Pain Clinic are amazing! Always helpful and friendly, you are welcomed with a smile from behind their masks. Dr. Fern is also amazing! He is more than happy to explain each step of injections for your nerve blocks and answer any other questions you may have. I have an appointment on the same day and time each week, which makes it easy to schedule around. I highly recommend this clinic!

Recent. My how things have changed. First doc left. Next took over. Got overwhelmed and left. Get transfered to a 3rd. The newest secretary at the front is a nightmare. More worried about her personal life and sharing than doing her job. Last 3 x i attened an appointment I waited over an hour before complaining to find out i was never booked in. Found that out from the girls up stairs whom assist the doctors. When staff leaves for lunch and doesnt return... thats when a red flag should go up to ask whats wrong. But nope just hire more people and wait for doctors to leave and then just replace them too. Biggest mistake you made was letting an amazing docs like the D'souza's leave and doc Chan. So fed up i transfered pain clinics. Not to mention the mass amounts of people in the clinic at one time during the pandemic.This from a year ago. The pain management clinic and wonderful staff has changed my life. Before attending I was almost immobile. Over the last few months of treatment the staff has been so friendly and welcoming. They are understanding and empathetic. I absolutely adore them. With the help of doctor D. D'souza, and staff I am pain free. ❤
