Not impressed with how dirty they left the inside of my SUV. There was bits of glass or plastics on the seats and rubber pieces from the old seal I guess everywhere I looked and something sticky on the dashboard and they didn't offer to clean when I went back to tell them. The service was done on time but wouldn't reccomend going there cause there technicians don't seem to care how they leave the inside of your car and shouldn't have to get your interior detailed after service. No respect shown to property and won't be surprised to find other damage and scratches.

Went to replace my car windshield. Gave the best deal, and work was done within 3 hrs. Best place for windshield and glass works.

We left our truck for a Saturday appointment during their business hours, but they did not even open at all or call to say they would not be opening. Very disappointing.

Had my windshield replaced on Apr 29 at the St. Albert location. When I got home I noticed the seal on the windshield was cut and longer snug against the windshield. It was reported to Crystal Glass on the Monday and I was told it would be sent to the manager. He contacted me to tell me the installer was not in on Monday and will get back to me after he talked to him. He then ghosted us and refused to get back to us after multiple e-mails. We then called Crystal Glass told them what was going on and they said they would forward it to the regional manager. Another week later and still no word from Crystal Glass. I am very upset about being ignored by the manager at St Albert and also the regional manager. They do not look after customer so I will never take another vehicle there again. I will recommend anyone else looking to get a new windshield pay the extra dollar to get better service and a company that will do the work properly and always contact customer when there is a problem.

Thank you Crystal Glass and especially the installer, Ed Anderson. He was efficient, quick and very thorough. In no time at all, my front windows were replaced and cleaned. I would recommend Crystal Glass for all your glass replacement needs.

Thanks to the staff for getting us in on short notice to repair 2 rock chips. Great service and repair was successful. They found a 3rd rock chip and also fixed it with no charge. Great customer service!!Thanks again

We went through Crystal Glass to get a screen door made for our balcony. They came to measure it, and after a few weeks our landlord tried to follow up with them just to find that they lost our measurements.When we called to schedule another appointment they told us that they don’t come to Edmonton and that if we do want them to come measure our screen door we would have to wait 4 weeks. This was after we already explained the situation. We explained to the receptionist that we already had them come to our apartment and that since they made a mistake we shouldn’t have to wait a month. We got an appointment 2 weeks later.When the screen door was ready, they said that they do not do installations. So our landlord picked it up and tried to install it and it didn’t fit. He called and they said that they would come do it, the man tried to install it but it still didn’t fit. He came back one more time and the door finally fit. It was a super long and painful process just for me to realize this morning that it’s poorly put together and hardly fits on the track. It’s not even worth the call, we will fix it on our own.

This location booked me for a 9am appointment to fix my windshield, as in they booked it and told me when to drop off my truck and key. Then they didn't open at all during their regular working hours. Now my key is stuck inside the business for the weekend.
