There are few places that I have experienced in my lifetime that have been a bigger disappointment. We were so excited to have our rig built, and delivered, and trusted the staff at Bik to deliver on the promises. Time and time again they have not fulfilled the terms of their contract, from the anticipated delivery date of late March-early April 2017, right down to the day they delivered the unit in late July, delivered but not ready for work by a long shot. Extremely disappointed in quality of service and time frame of delivery. Owners make it a point to make you feel like an idiot, and push the delivery date to excess. Ive waited for my unit for over 8 months. Owner Elemer came to my buisness to ensure the products delivery. very disappointed. Im not sure if this is normal in canada but here in america we do not condone this kind of behavior.

We can’t thank you all enough for all the hard work that went into finding us the truck we needed. Starting with Dave O’Brien, in sales, on finding us the right truck to fit our needs at an incredible price to the service manager, Brian Thorn, in fine tuning all the details of our truck and Jason Frakes, in technical support, for helping us get through the kinks of our machine and to Elena Pirvut, executive assistant, in handling the emails, phone call, and paperwork. We would like to say a special thank you to Elemer Ivan, president of BIK, in personally showing us how to operate our new machine. Every department was informative, helpful, knowledgeable and skillful. We truly appreciate our new knuckle-boom and you all helped in making the perfect truck for our company. Thank you from our company to yours.

Worst experience in over 40 years of business. No service. No contact. I am warning all my contacts about this. Truck was under-spec'd. Licensing was out to lunch. Barely made it back to my yard without killing someone on the road. We had to completely refit the truck and the forklift that was supposed to be safety'd is still being repaired. I need to put a star to post this BUT NO STARS!!

We had a great experience with BIK. We dealt with Kyle who was very responsive and guided us through the process. We just received our BIK-126 and couldn’t be happier. They had their main tech come out with the truck and guide us in operations and made sure all went smoothly. I expect I’ll be buying a 2nd one in the future from them. Would definitely recommend.

This has been the worst company that our business has ever dealt with. They dont even deserve 1 star. The owner is down right ignorant and has no business sense and is happy to take your money and drop you. The customer service is appalling!!!!!!!! The truck we purchased has had more kilometres on it just going back and forth to be fixed. A brand new custom made truck should have very little issues. No one ever gets back to you in a timely manner. Anyone that is in need of a boom truck I suggest you run the other way!!!!!!!! We have a very large client base that could have created alot of referrals for this company. We will make sure that our clients know, it would be a major and very expensive mistake to deal with Bik Hydraulics!!!!!!!!!!!!!

November 2017 I made a decision to purchase a hydraulic boom truck. My concerns with this were to keep it under 26000 GVW and carry the weight I needed, After contacting several different boom installers I was quite confused with all the different options on what I was trying to do. F550 gas Aluminum body PM 11.5 with wireless remote and hydraulic stabilizers in-and-out. I can tell you after contacting Elmer at BIK he assured me that there was no problem putting this together for me and not going there in person, Everything being done over the phone I put my complete trust in Elmer. Despite all the doubt that I'd gotten from other suppliers. I had one other request that it be completed within a 2 Month time frame. I can tell you 1st hand in having the truck for over 6 months now he delivered on time and the truck exceeds the highest expectations I could have ever had. Works perfectly carrying product at full length of boom with perfect stability, and is everything that was promised to me.BIK is hands up, And I thank him for his expertise in making this possible.

This place is a joke I don't know how they're in business. Elmer is a compulsive liar. They blame Mecanil grapple saw and PM boom for my five month delay on delivery. I watch their top technician not himself off the deck of the crane after he admitted this is the first time he's ever run this kind of crane. Parts of the crane were put together incorrectly. I put a down payment on one of their units and see if you ever get a call back.

Elemer and his entire staff from the sales group, to the customer service representatives to the equipment itself, BIK is TOP NOTCH! This group is so knowledgeable. Our experience with them earns 5 stars from start to finish! We can't say enough great things about them! Our PM 100 is a customer favorite as well!

We just purchased a brand new 2018 International sign crane from Elmer and Kevin. I would give them a 5 +++++ rating. They were absolutely fantastic to work with! I drove over to Canada to check out the truck before the purchase to see what i was getting. Kevin helped me with the hotel reservations and couldn't have been nicer. Elmer and Kevin gave me a tour of their facility when I arrived. Even the employees were all very polite as I was walking through the factory. I then decided to add a few more accessories to the truck before the delivery. Everything went perfectly. The truck was delivered on time and even the dealer delivery man was great! I would recommend this company to anyone seeking their products or services. I've had nothing but a fantastic experience from beginning to end with this company!
