Thanks to the exceptional customer service from Anthony Scola, Guy Robineau and Josh, my family and I were able to finish our cross country move to Alberta. 4 hours into a 5 day drive, our Kia lost acceleration. By some stroke of luck we pulled into Palladino Mazda. The damage to our car was extensive/expensive and would take too long to receive parts. We were presented with a variety of options but never felt pressured to buy. They genuinely wanted us to reach our destination on our terms. They showed concern for our pets and offered water and a cool place for them out of the heat. On top of that, my husband was scheduled for a zoom job interview during all of this and they allowed him to use one of their offices. We are happy to announce, not only have we made safely to Alberta but my husband also landed the job from the interview. We are extremely grateful to the whole team at Palladino Mazda for their helpfulness and compassion. Highly recommend!!!

Purchased Mazda-3 in November from Josh and Jeff. Josh and Jeff both are very good at what they do. Fair pricing, honest feedback and great service. They followed up with me to check if everything is okay with car which is great. I had a Tiguan before and I can see the difference in efforts and after sales service. Highly appreciated.I live in Toronto and came to Sudbury to get my car because everywhere else car prices were absurd, especially in Toronto and GTA. After purchase, I never had to call them back with my questions because Josh takes the time out himself to check if all is okay. He also helps me with finding a dealer near me who can help.Undoubtedly a five star experience especially because of after sales follow up and how easy I can approach them with any question in spite of sitting in Toronto. I’m definitely visiting Sudbury Mazda again when I buy my next car. Cheers to Josh and Jeff.

He was absolutely wonderful to deal with and I would highly recommend asking for him next time you're in the market for a new or used vehicle!!

Now I wouldn’t have taken the time really write out this review if the service….WASNT SO POOR….my god, what happened to the old Palladino service department?I remember when Tyler C was running the ship and it actually felt like you were taken care of and customer service always CAME FIRST…..over 1 week my pathfinder was in the shop for a mass airflow sensor replacement…besides the consistent follow-ups from myself as no one from Palladino would reach out and at least update me, I was left without a vehicle for over a week with barely any communication….i was told the part may arrive on Friday May 5 on Thursday may 4 and they would call to update….Monday afternoon rolls around and I still had not heard back .I reach out to find out from Jennifer Reinguette that the part arrived Friday…or Monday (she seemed very confused).she then informs me that they now had me booked in for the repair on May 15 (another week away) when I was told the previous week my car would be brought in right away for the repair…Jenn then asked “ if my pathfinder was at the lot” which was a surprise as they had the car the whole time and didn’t serum to remember that part. I was then told after leaving 1 unreturned voicemail and calling back 1 hour later that the tech was having problems but the car would be ready tomorrow…when I asked about a time she had said “well I guess ill have to go ask the tech” .... that should have been the first thing to do especially a customer serviceWhen I called Tuesday morning at 11:15am to ask about when my car would be ready for pickup today I was met with “well I haven’t asked the tech …ill call you back”. the shuttle driver then showed up at my place of work without a call to inform of an ETA but the shuttle driver was told the customer was called and is informed your coming"After all is said & done and the work was finally complete

I just purchased my Mazda recently from Anthony Scola and finance manager Jeff Brouse. I have never had as good as of an experience as I did with them. They were very honest and true to their word. They are truly there for the customer. I bought out of town and they had it all ready for me when I arrived and Jeff walked me through the entire process and warranty plans, which by the way is the best plan I have ever seen. They treated me like family and the entire team was friendly and made an effort to chat with me. By far the best experience. Thank yoy

I waited more than six months for a CX9 only to be told that because they were discontinuing this model, we would not be getting one. No further explanation, sorry about our luck. Alex said they looked and could could not find one. I called North Bay Mazda and spoke to Cody Cox, the sales manager and he was able to find me a CX9 like we ordered in 1/2 an hour. We picked it up less than a week later.How lazy can you be? North Bay Mazda found 5 CX9's in half an hour and Palladino could not find me one after 6 months. Worst service ever. My new vehicle will be serviced in North Bay.

I was having starting problems with my 2009 Mazda 6 and called in for service expecting to wait a week, they took me in within 2 days!!!!!! I am fully aware that it is tire season and all dealers are busy but this is incredible!!!!! They diagnosed my car and repaired it in record time and didn't charge me too much. I truly appreciate the friendly service I get from this dealership, you are greeted with a huge smile from everyone. I would give the service department 10 stars if I could!!!!!!!! Thank you , thank you, thank you!!!!!
