Person at the front desk was rude and unprofessional.This is why:I wrote some emails and left messages regarding ways to acquire my Watcard I don’t live in Waterloo, I haven’t received any call back or email response. When I why did you Office not reply back, she me told “ do you have your watcard now ? So what’s the problem”As a student at University of Waterloo this shows the lack unprofessional and adequate to in this office.

We picked up our WatCard today. The staff were very friendly and the service was fast. We had pre-taken our picture but if you haven’t there’s 3 spots for having your photo taken on site. The entryway was roped to suggest lines can get long but there was no one there when we went. It was much more in and out then I expected! Way to go!
