Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Had ordered my bike and was expecting a 3 week wait period, but about 10 days in, I got a call saying the bike is built and ready for pickup! They informed me about all the accessories without pushing them on me which I find rare these day! Will definitely be returning for future bike services and new bikes.

I had such a great experience with this business. They definitely know there stuff and as a biking newbie, they made me feel comfortable and equipped. I ordered my bike online and they put it together for me, tuned it, and even installed the couple of extras I purchased separately. What really stood out to me though was when I went to pick it up, the gentlemen brought it outside for me, demonstrated how to take the wheel on and off and even loaded it into my car for me. It was just above and beyond and so incredibly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place.

Brakes always fail over time. Replacing the brakes on a bike, whether it's a regular bike or an electric one, is one of the most common and routine tasks for any bike shop. Any real bike mechanic can do this. A bike without working brakes can kill its rider or passersby. Especially if that bike is motorized.A bike repair shop that can't replace a bike's brakes is run by complete amateurs and frankly really annoys me for presuming to call itself a bike repair shop.I stopped by this shop yesterday with an e-bike needing a brake replacement. After a 20-minute wait, someone finally noticed me. After taking a look at my bike, they said (1) they didn't have the brakes in stock, (2) new brakes would be too expensive to order, and (3) even if I paid for the brakes in advance, they just don't feel like reinstalling brakes on my e-bike because it's, uh, too hard. Sorry about that

Had two bikes worked on today in time for long weekend rides. Store has great supply of brand name bikes, parts & accessories. Great service with fair prices. Thanks Colin.

Store associate provided me the wrong part (derailleur) for my Trek bike.I brought my bike to the store to ask them to double check if it is the right derailleur, associate,the old woman said yes...I drove all the way back to Toronto and unfortunately It was not the right one. I have to return it...................................

Picked up a brand new Trek bicycle with the help of their amazing staff. I didn’t think it would have been possible to get a bike during these challenging times but they really came through and I love my new wheels. It only took 3 weeks!!

Colin was super helpful and quick turn around with a small repair. Experts doing the little things well makes for happy customers!

great service and actually understood what i was looking for without hesitation or upsell on another bike. she maybe beat to snot but there my stories to tell. nothing beats getting proper service. til the next crash or bonkers idea. thanks again.
