I had contacted Kris, the owner of Advanced, the day dad was released back to his independent living facility. The health authority was only able to supply 2 nights of extended nursing. I called Kris and on that much notice was able to put together the staff to watch over dad at night. Kris was very professional in dealing with. I do recommend her and her company.

I was needing home care for my Mother who suffers from dementia. I had been caring for her on my own, but was becoming too much for me. I was feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. I contacted Kris, and explained my situation. She was was very understanding, compassionate, and quickly set me up with the help and support I desperately needed with such short notice. Her team of caregivers provided my Mother with the professional care she required. Any appointments my Mother needed to go to, Kris and team were able to accommodate. I thank Kris and team for all their support, and highly recommend to anyone!

Kristine and her team were incredible to work with-responsive, caring, and pro active. Kristine communicated with Interior Health to learn more about my fathers condition, and initiated several actions that were very helpful. Her ability to triage the situation and come up with fast and appropriate solutions was first rate. Sandy is our care aide. Her ability to connect emotionally with my father, helping him in a very difficult time, was really great. We called on Kris and her team when my mom was suddenly released from hospital and she was not ready to be alone. Kris quickly responded and arranged everything within a few hours! it was amazing. Her team were all wonderful, warm and caring ladies. It was a real treat that the same ladies were involved over the five days that we used the service. It was very nice for my mom to see a familiar face and they knew her story so it was not having to continually be repeated.

Very supportive company. You feel part of a team which can be hard as a travel nurse. Everyone on the team is very experienced and knowledgeable. They also have great assignments and contracts available.

Communicative and have the staffs best interest at heart. Love being part of such a great company. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to do travel nursing.

In a short notice family emergency situation, Kris offered an immediate, competent and comfortable solution. Her team member was very pleasant and provided knowledgeable care for my husband. We will call her next time, when we need help and highly recommend her company.
