Kyle was amazing! He kept us up to date and any questions that we had during the whole process. He was always polite and friendly. He clearly cares about both his work and his clients. With this being our first time buying a bran new car we feel that Kyle made this the easiest and most comfortable experience. As an added bonus our car came in early! Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both our purchase, our dealer AND Kia!

Tire switchover was quick. Just a few things, hopefully the dealer will take note. A nice touch would be to receive new plastic bags to wrap the tires instead of getting back the old ripped dirty bags. Also cleaning off grease and dirt from the stick shift, steering column and side door would be appreciated. When paying higher prices for a tire switchover you expect a few minor extras in the service.

My Service Advisor - Glen Therrien - is amazing!! Highly recommend!! The work I’ve had to have done in the last 6 years has always been done well and in a timely manner. My philosophy has been if you can’t afford an exceptional vehicle, make sure you purchase one that comes with exceptional service - which is what I’ve experienced with London KIA.

Cant say enough good things about London Kia. Our purchase experience was amazing with Kyle Miller. He listened to us and accommodated our needs. Even pulled vehicles into the service drive through so we could stay out of the cold weather with my young children. We are very happy with our 2023 Sportage and the service department is amazing too. 10/10 recommend you to this dealership!

The service staff are friendly, Elise explained what was going to be done and the approximate time it will take. She also went over the invoice after the service completion. I was able to wait as it didn't take long. The price was reasonable too. I enjoy going to have my KIA serviced here.

The wait time for my vehicle was approx 9 months and I ended up taking a different car than I initially purchased. Mike Joshi was fantastic to work with. He was very informative through the whole process and always available to answer any questions I had.

Found problem with vehicle easily, however had to wait for approval from Kia Canada (very expensive warranty part), then a long wait part to come in. This of course had nothing to do with the dealership. The part did come in 11 days earlier than estimated and I had an appt in less than 48 hrs. While they were doing the repairs they found another issue which they’ve ordered a part for and will be repairing. Shuttle pick up was at my home across the city within 30 min of getting the call my suv was ready. Staff always accommodating and courteous.
