Canadian Tire

It's great has everything we need but the only thing that seem to be a regular issue are the hours . Closing at 730pm on a week day is quite early . Even 8pm would be better . Even the ones in the city stay open later .

I love that my well behaved husky, Balto, can go into Canadian Tire with me. Especially when it is very hot in summer and freezing cold in winter. We grab a few items and away we go! Balto loves the attention and checking out the store!

I always make the 1 1/2 drive from North Battleford to this Canadian Tire because this store always has what I'm looking for & the staff are friendly & helpful! Very convenient & I am usually in & out within 10 minutes. The Canadian Tire in North Battleford is the complete opposite of all that.

I took my car the last winter to install a block heater, they talked between them strangely and took the car inside, they supposed installed the block heater in my SUV, the car always takes a long time to warm up. Just bought an old truck and the very first time that I plugged the heater I actually heard it working, it warmed up really fast when I turned it on, it was obviously different, checked my SUV and realized the block heater HAS NEVER WORKED. I was charged about 500.

To be honest I stay away from this store unless I absolutely need something.Nice staff but terrible wait times and service.Ongoing for as long as I can remember.Step it up can tire.Other stores I have no complaints.

Great service and price. Stopped by to get some gas BBQ fittings. I had a photo and parts with me. The gentleman who helped me took me to the area and helped find all the pieces. Bought three different gas rated parts for less than $8.00.

An experience with an oil change sure leaves a bad taste. The tech left the oil cap off and oil spewed all over the engine and the driveway. We dealt with the owner, who was much less than gracious about the situation. He paid for the tow back to the store and to have the engine washed. He will also wash the driveway and refund the oil change. But it was his attitude about the whole incident that was very sour. He made you feel like it was not a huge deal and that there was nothing else he would or could do. When it's a privately owned store the owner can rectify the situation without making you feel bad and blaming you for the situation. The owner needs to learn customer service. And no, I don't think the customer is always right but in this case the owner would do better if he spoke to his customers in an understanding way and not act like someone peed in his cornflakes.

Zero stars if I could. I went to get my tire repaired as I picked up a screw. I was told it was not fixable and needed a new tire.Luckily I asked for my old tire back. When I got back to Alberta I took it to my regular tire shop for a second opinion - my tire was repaired! The shop even asked if I had gone to Canadian Tire - must happen a lot??This was Easter Sunday and I needed to drive back to Alberta. I was definitely taken advantage of due to all other shops in Martensville being closed and needing to make it home that day.

I had an emergency and needed 2 new tires. I walked in and they had it done within an hour! Thank you so much for fitting me in right away, I very much appreciate your help today. Have a great weekend to you all:)

I just spent 20 minutes trying to find someone to assist me in grabbing something off a high shelf. The one person I finally found was an older gentleman who when I asked them for help, he replies with ‘I’m in the middle of something so you’ll have to find someone else.’ This man was stocking items. I told him I’ve been trying to find someone for approximately 20mins and asked if he could call someone to help assist me. He shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Absolutely atrocious.
