Poorly built condos, terrible service and don't care to fix anything they've put their name behind. Condos are expensive enough in Toronto, without worrying about elevators breaking down, building safety and these crooks making their own rules for a building.Update: looks like they made a bunch of customers review at the exact same time after sitting at 1.5 stars for a while. They take no responsibility for parts of the condo that remain theirs still (parking and guest suites) even as break-ins happen all the time in their controlled spaces. Terrible service all around.

Great experience dealing with Harhay Construction. They develop nice boutique and high rise buildings in downtown Toronto and I recently purchased in one of their new buildings. It's proven to be a fantastic investment and the quality of the finishing has been great. I love my unit!

Imo stay away from any buildings built by them. In my experience they seem to have cut corners (in terms of elevators, building materials, and other things) and did a very poor job on one of their big condo projects.

I've had the pleasure of leasing a number of units at Harhay Developments latest project 875 Queen. There were a variety of floor plans/layouts many with large outdoor spaces. My clients all like their units and living in the building and Leslieville Community.

I have experience working with many of the top builders in the city and can attest that Harhay is among the best. The suite layouts, building designs, and construction are all excellent.I noticed a few comments here about suite delivery and wanted to provide my insight. Part of purchasing a new construction condo is being patient as the builder completes small deficiencies discovered in the PDI or when the owner takes occupancy. This goes for any building by any builder.The offset is that everyone has made incredible money in price appreciation which is the case at 875 Queen and other Harhay developments.

Really pleased with my unit. As expected in construction a couple hiccups. Once Harhay was made aware of them they were dealt with quickly and professionally. A great investment and will do business with them again in the future.
