This is the second time I've required their assistance. I needed a part for a Kohler toilet and Shahideh as very pleasant and helpful in ordering the part I required plus she was able to claim it through warranty. I waited for about 3 weeks and then I was instructed to pickup at their showroom upon making an appointment. I would highly recommend getting assistance from Universal Supply (Vancouver/Richmond) as both times I have been treated as a valued customer.

Shahideh is a gem. She is pleasant, helpful and responsive. Working with her to spec and source the fixtures for our bathroom reno has been a pleasure from start to finish even with the horrendous lead times for delivery of all the pieces due to Covid supply chain issues. It was a lot of work for Shahideh to keep us informed but she did so with a positive attitude . .
