Good luck getting into this registry the que makes it so it’s impossible to judge how long your wait is actually going to be. No I don’t wanna sit in my car for 2 hours. And no the girl working at the front can take my information for me. What else does she do but tell people to wait in thier car and text? This is pure laziness at its finest. I actually believe the staff had a meeting and actually discussed keeping this because it makes there day more enjoyable while deeply inconveniencing people with a gimmick. And that one employee they seem to have at the door telling people to text the number could very easily be working somewhere else to make the line go faster. Wouldn't that be an idea.

We moved to Alberta in 2021 and we had to deal with a number of items. Importing our vehicles, obtaining new Alberta Drivers licenses along with setting up our medical, most recently obtain our AirBrake certification. Every time we have been greeted with happy friendly and informative service. Most recently we dealt with Sara. Thank you

Love the virtual line up, saves so much time. Staff are very efficient and always a pleasure to deal with. I no longer go to any other registry, for both business and personal requirements.

The virtual line up was a surprise to me so if you are headed there make sure you have a place to hang out while you wait. I accidentally got to go shopping during my 20 min wait so it flew by. The service was fantastic, the lady who helped me went out of her way to make sure all my questions were answered and all my needs met. Thank you so much for a stress free visit to the registry!!!

Exceptional service and still feels like a dream!!! I went by 3 p.m. and honestly didn’t think I could do everything that I went for, but just went to try my luck. They were so organized and there was an online check-in QR code that you scan to join the queue. In less than 30 minutes, they had sent me a text to come inside, the lady who attended to me was super patient and helpful and didn’t send me back to go and get unnecessary documentation which other registries frustrated me with when I first moved back from B.C. I took all the documents that were expected of me and those were all I that she asked for. I was able to do my vehicle registration, update my address and other personal information quickly. She never made me feel rushed or stupid for having an accent. Other registries would pretend that they can’t hear me and make me speak a million times before grudgingly attending to me or making me feel like a nuisance! But I never got that type of poor treatment here.Great staff! Excellent service and I am glad that I have found a location for all my registry needs. You touched a soul yesterday with your kindness and professionalism and I am genuinely grateful. 5 ⭐️ rating!!!!

I wish I would’ve got the ladies name because she was phenomenal! Personable, cheerful and extremely helpful. I was in the registry at around 10:30 AM on 29 May and the very nice lady in booth six made a sticky situation. Very easy with relevant suggestions. Thank you so much a great experience.

Me and my husband went today. The lady in the front was so very helpful, pleasant and nice. She was the one who initiates to assist us. Also the lady in Window no.2 was so patient when the computer was having trouble taking my signature. It took several times before the computer accept my signature. All in all the service in this place was excellent.

I have been here many times in the past and today was unfortunately pretty busy. I did not expect this and I booked in when I got there. My wait was an hour but I had nothing else to do so was no bother. There are an assortment of restaurants and shopping really close by to pass time. I am unsure of the young lady's name in booth 7 but she was having a wonderful day and she was extremely happy and polite and cheered on her fellow employee who was quite grumpy. She is what it means to provide great customer service. Thanks to her I had a great experience!!

Sara made my day as I was having trouble getting my proof of insurance on my email. She solutions it and the process was fast, simple and thorough. I told Sara at the time that she made my day by helping without an issue and her 10 years experience really showed in her professional and pleasant service. Thanks Sara
