I am having huge issues with Laurentian Bank, keep getting the runaround. My only advice is never ever do business with this Financial Institution, I am off to the Ombudsman to resolve.

This Vancouver branch is a business office and primarily handles commercial and construction real estate loans. Apparently you need to contact Laurentian Bank by phone or other means if you have digital or other retail banking needs.
