Used Stephen last May, he responded very quickly and was very professional and did an awesome job, even paid him as soon as he invoiced us. However upon calling him 3x since the New Year to put in a Transfer Switch for Generator backup all we get is I'll get back to you next Wednesday" ....well Wednesday has come and gone at least a dozen times.Would give 5 stars plus for last year. This year I'd give 0 if I could. Thought he was a professional guess we thought wrong."
