I love Pat and his team. Great service, very friendly and generous. There is no ego in this place. Its a one stop shop. They have it all. Awsome selection of instruments and different manufactures from high end right down to starter gear. Its my main place to go, even just to browse around and show my son the instruments. Always fun to go in, the older gentleman was super nice and came to see if we needed help while the younger ones played around, no one else was in so I wouldn't say that was a bad thing but he was the only one to come say anything when we walked in.

Not as great as their Toronto branch.Dont expect to be blown away. Selection is limited - especially in the flute, woodwind and brass sections. Guitar section is decent. Pretty much same issue in the books section.Good if you want to get stuff shipped to this branch close to where you live.

Lots to pick from, not many used options in the lower budget for younger starting out kids on guitar, but got my son a guitar there, loves it, and is getting good!

Asked to add baritone strings on my guitar, which required filing the nut and a set up to fix the intonation. They did a great job and surprisingly had it back in my hands in 1 day.When I spoke with the staff, they were helpful, knowledgeable, and answered my questions.
