When I really miss California, I come to Smashburger, because it's everything I expect from a place that makes smashed burgers. I usually always end up with the classic double, and if I'm extra hungry two of them! I love them that much! Get the smash tots as well they are amazeballs! You can't go wrong with tots covered in garlic rosemary oil. The service here is always super friendly, and helpful. And I always leave with a very happy tummy.

Wow what happened to smashburger? No more build your own burger, No more tea, They changed the French fries, you get packaged ketchup, Your fountain drink is in a take out cup now. The burger patty tastes pre made now. I'm so sorry to say this will be my last visit.

Didn't honour the Birthday Coupon from my father. Food is great though. I went to the in Emerald Drive. Sherwood Park. AB. And the one in Denver Airport. They're very strict about the breakfast and lunch menus times.

Uhh.. I looked in the bag for the rest of my 6 dollar tots. .. and this grilled chicken burger looks like it got ran over by a truck I guess they take the smashed seriously for 16.49 this sandwich was not worth it. The taste is ok, I do feel ripped off. I don't know what I was expecting but it was certainly not this.

This is my first time trying Smashburger. Unfortunately it wasn’t the greatest experience. I ordered the Calgary burger. It’s supposed to have fried onions which I love, but they came pretty much raw. The burger patty was extremely thin and wasn’t even put together. It all just fell apart. As for flavour, nothing special. I don’t think the patty was even seasoned at all. I feel this place has the potential to be good, maybe today was just a bad day. I’ll give it one more shot.

Good food we dined in. Always disappointed in any place that gives packets of ketchup instead of a bottle on the table when dining in. And only get 3.Well back again from out of town and downgrade my rating to 2 stars due to rudness.The lady is taking my family's order and all is going well when another customer walks up to her interrupted us and asked for a takeout container. The person taking our order puts her hand up to us and says wait 1 min and gets the container.No, the server should have asked the other person to wait as she finished our order instead of leaving us standing there.And yes still ketchup packets

We ordered Uber eats from this restaurant. We were so disappointed with the order. The burgers, tots, and Brussel sprouts were cold and not worth the price we paid for. The strawberry milkshake was definitely not worth $12.99. The Brussel sprouts and tots were not worth the price. Please look at my pictures for reference. I have never been so disappointed with an order before. This entire meal cost $54. With this price, you would have an expectation of higher quality food and a decent presentation. I do not recommend it.

Wanted to see what the hype was about, but honestly felt ill soon after having their signature burger which was unexpected. For the price I expected high quality ingredients but clearly this isn’t the case. Will be avoiding Smashburger from now on.

Delightful storefront staff today. Loved the interaction. The store front was dead and very clean. Bathrooms had been cleaned very wel and ha as pleasant smell it. It also has the option of paper towels as well (I hate the air dryers that place only have).Shout out to the ladies in the back today cooking the food. Bailed my burger totally! Not over cooked and done just right. Juicy with epic volumes of flavor and that BBQ sauce, oh mans that BBQ sauce is damn good. Put together with the egg bun and my lord what a good bite of food that is. Real cheddar cheese as well over processed is such a winThe smash fries are just so damn good. I started with a fork and a coupleBites into it you with throw the for to the side aiming for handfuls for fries to eat at once. What’s treat
