Great company. The furnace we ordered was delayed due to COVID but Lori was very communicative and kept us up-to-date with what was happening. When it came to the install the team was punctual, professional and very polite. They did a great job with the install and we’re very happy with the new furnace and hot water heater. Highly recommend.

Although they got the job done, they sold me and installed some very expensive thermostats I did not need as I already had newer, better models installed.

From the quote, to the install it was a great experience. Troy was very patient and provided a competitive price. Adam, Brian and Ron did a great job with the install. They were very efficient and professional and worked very hard. It looks and works even better than I thought it would. Very happy.

Our experience with Britech , a Division of Custom Air was very positive. Starting with residential sales (Troy), office staff (Lori), and finally the installers (Rob and Brian). All were very friendly and extremely professional. They quickly responded to any questions we had throughout the process and we also really appreciated that they were able to give us options to find an A/C unit that fit both our size requirements and budget. Britech came in for an estimate of a furnace installation in my townhome. Troy was very informative with the new system that would work best or my situation. He left information on the equipment as well as rebate information. The installation date was less than two weeks from when I called to make an appointment. Rob and Brian were early on the day of installation and respectful of my home. They were both very courteous and went over the install as well as how to use the new thermostat and what photo to take for the submission of the rebate. I would highly recommend them.

My heat pump wasn't running properly so I had britech come look at the system. The technician touched my supply/return lines and told me I had a leak. I was then told the system needed to be pressure trested, leak fixed and recharged.The system had a full charge when checked with guages and required a reversing valve but the technician couldn't be bothered to listen to the issue or diagnose the problem. I was still however charged for wasting my time.

I found the quote acceptable and priced right with no overselling of options (like AirMiles, extended service plans or warranties). The pre-installation assessment person and the installers were professional and accurate in their assessment. The installers were very open to my questions and provided me valuable information. I am confident that I made a good choice for my new furnace.
