Urban Window & Doors

We had work done by Urban twice now a quite a few years back and I felt compelled to write this review. Our experience with Urban has been the best of any contractor I have ever hired. They were informative, not pushy, and very professional. They installed all of our windows and reinstalled a door that was incorrectly installed by another contractor. The windows are all functioning like the day they were installed - top quality. They probably aren't the cheapest quote you will get, but you get what you pay for with Urban.

We were promised certain colors and nothing we wanted could be ordered for us. They called and said that everything was in, but showed up with everything different then what we ordered. Needed 4 visits and 7 different workers to put in a door. Never again!!!

The crew at Urban Windows are awesome, Darren, Tyler (Tiny) and Paulo did outstanding plus work. It all started with a fantastic first contact with Rob followed up with a further consultation with Claude and Paul. I would highly recommend Urban Windows because regarding quality of workmanship and reasonable pricing, I believe that they have no competition in Greater Sudbury. Thanks guys!

Can’t say enough about the guys at Urban windows. Needed a new film on a window as we had to replace the window. They were here in a day to replace it asked how much……no charge. Blew us away. Thank you very very much!

I am totally elated with the work we had done. New windows, siding, doors, sulphate, made sure the roof worked with the 3 additions...all done during a pandemic. The work was done in a safe & professional manner in appropriate timely fashion. They kept my yard clean and friendly with my dog. I absolutely would recommend this company without reservations. Amazing service, and beautiful installation of windows and doors!There were errors made by the manufacturer multiple times on a storm door that was ordered, which caused delay in installation.Urban was quick to identify the errors and have it corrected, as quickly as they could.The interaction with all employees at Urban Windows and Doors, and their installers, was very pleasant.

Absolutely impressed! The process was smooth. Hired this company to do all the windows and doors in my home. It does seem like everything came in smaller than ordered. However, the crew that installed the windows and doors Dwhight and Jacob were very professional and pleasant. Would absolutely recommend

I had Urban do the last 4 old windows in my home near Lively. The man at the center gave me several options, and explained the price differences. The installation took a few months - normal as Urban is so backed up with orders, so expect a bit of a wait. I took the quote from Urban to 2 other window installers, and neither one could beat their quote.The installation occurred while I was at work, but my neighbor and wife observed the workers and both seemed very satisfied with their procedure. I can certainly say that they did not cut corners (no pun intended) and that they use quality materials to finish the windows both inside and out. The previous windows were single pane windows about 40 years old, and the difference is remarkable.Also my cat approves of the installation.I can definitely recommend this company.
