Terrible customer service. First impressions are everything and unfortunately Arctic Snow removal failed miserably. From the unpleasant woman who answered the phone and practically snarled at me. To the short, vague replies to my inquiries and the quick hang up at the end when I was still speaking if this is what I had to look forward to, boy am I glad I didn't go with them. I guess she did me a favor and for that, I am thankful would not reccomend

I've had nothing but a great customer service experience with these folks over the past few weeks of heavy snow. Virginia and her team have done a wonderful job of clearing both our lots when necessary for a competitive price.

Artic snow hit us with a very large bill for a contract we did not sign, Then they harassed us with a collection agent called IRS. Cannot be contacted or reasoned with. Would not ever recommend them.NOV 1, 2020. After posting this review, they now say they want to talk...at least here on Google. Ironic that they claim to not know who I am. Perhaps, they have referred so many clients to collection that they can't keep track.Again, there are lots of other reputable companies to hire.

I trusted this company with four of my global branded gas stations. We are in business for over 9 years but have never encountered any business vendor failing this miserably.Timeline of incidents:1)First snowstorm hits Burnaby and our all four sites were untouched by Arctic Snow Removal for over three days. Sent them emails and phoned dispatch but nothing. But we understand since Burnaby was hit hard with snow for the first time so this might be a one-time thing only.2) Another storm hits Burnaby a couple of weeks later. Again, we are buried under snow. We emailed and phoned dispatch many times in panic and stress. They finally sent a young kid with an ATV which is funny that company like Arctic snow removal have been in business for a long enough time to understand the right equipment requirements for the size of the lots.We were still working with Arctic snow removal until “Jennifer” called me and literally humiliated for reporting site conditions to assist them to provide us with the better service levels they promised.In my lifetime, I have never seen such a short-tempered individual working as a Manager. We received a notice from our fuel delivery company and the brand head office, but Jennifer from Arctic Snow Removal is mad at us for being desperate for the service they promised.Long story short if you are a corporate gas station owner then do not rely on the Arctic Snow Removal’s contract it means nothing to them.This is my experience with Arctic Snow Removal and I will update this space if anything changes for me or Owner shows more respect to their customer vs an entitled employee.Otherwise, they don't know me personally and you will be treated no differently.BIG NO FOR A CORPORATE GAS STATION AS YOU WILL LOSE YOU SITE FOR SOMEONE ELSE’S MISTAKE.

Strata contracted for service. 6 inches of snow already. After 24 hrs still no show for any service despite of phoning them multiple times.Salting multiple time when is not necessary. Avoid this company.

Very professional, We haven’t had any slip and falls on our property after switching to Arctic Snow Removal.

Well as we all know we were hit with a crazy winter storm. These guys came out and delivered and left the commercial parking lot in great condition. Appreciate the help and understand how crazy it must have been for you guys during the crazy snowstorm in BC. Appreciate it!

Arctic does a very professional job promptly, goes beyond expectation and at a reasonable cost at our residential complex up the hill in Coquitlam.They offer 24/7 service and are very responsive.Switched to them after trying a few others and are very satisfied with their service. Highly recommended!Strata Council President
