Worst experience I had with Bombay Spices. They refused to return or exchange an unopened and sealed pack item bought on same same day. Pathetic Customer Service. I will not be going there going forward and will pass same message to my friends.

I would never go for shopping very very bad experience of getting all the expired product and they r selling it. I brought jivraj tea mix expiry date 7 th July 2022 and parasute hair oil expiry 2021......and many more .....worst customer service....guys please check before u buy anything.....I request do not shop from there.......

She has no control over her anger and this is the second time witnessed her being rude and mad at customers resulting into shouting at them. Never saw her greeting by any means ever. What kind of CUSTOMER SERVICE is this ?It's degrading over time, already stealing money with overpriced products, atleast try to HIRE some good employees!!

Misleading. Today I choose to buy the “maans nutrila” chunks , which was writen on the box BUY 1 GET 1 FREE, and when i went to checkout they said its not the offer u need to pay the full price, that completely the obligation to consumers right, and lawfully its a crime to mislead too. Atleast cancel or scratch that offer mrk.

Have had multiple experiences of seeing expired products on shelf here. Got this pack of Surti Farmas on Wednesday, Dec 28th and it is smelling and tasting bad, then tried to find a best before date and its not there, very conveniently erased. Ethically wrong and will report this to the official authorities if no action is taken.

I went to Bombay spices for getting somethings I remember there is a Punjabi girl AMAN who is so nice and really helpful with the customers and she is really passionate about her work.I think Bombay Spices need employees like her. Such a good girl.

The place was great . Especially, the worker whose name was Aman was very cooperative and assisted us with everything we needed. She was very helpful and displayed professionalism. Overall, it was a good experience to visit the store and the workers makes us feel great as customers

For all your indian vegetables and spices, they have huge variety of stuff and you get almost everything you want. Only issue is if you do not see the expiry date, you may get expired stuff, however they will return the stuff even if you dont have receipt.

The Indian stuff was aptly kept, and there were many options, from groceries to utensils to electronics. Julie ben helped us to grab a couple of things. Nice and warm persona. Good to visit.
