Disappointed with the woman at the front desk. Paid the same price for a job where issues were not identified. No repairs were done and paid the full amount either way. The young man at the front desk and the mechanics were wonderful and compassionate. Unfortunately I left this place with thoughts of never returning again

I normally don't write a review but I owed this one to Autoworx!They are very honest and really expert.Long history for my car, try to make it short.I had a problem with my CRV, a Honda dealer told me that it would be checked after a driving test (200$/hour for diagnostic, minimum 1hour is required), so I decided to go the Autoworx. They did a driving test, and called their friends in another dealer, found the problem that had been announced by Honda, found the specific maintenance instruction and gave it to me to have it in a dealer, this took about 1hour and they did not accept any charge!!!When I went to a dealer near me, they were surprised to see that I have everything in my hand (fortunately this problem was an extended warranty by Honda and I did not pay anything), I think that if I did not have the solution and the extended warranty announcement in my hand, the dealer would charge me more than 1000.I really recommend Autoworx.

The reviews on here speak for themselves but I still feel the need to add to them because Autoworx is just that good. Claudio and his team of mechanics are out of this world. No matter how busy they are it's very clear how much they care and genuinely want to help you. We feel so insanely lucky to have a place like this around the corner from our house, it’s truly a hidden gem. I swear we no longer stress every time one of our cars makes a new noise or a check engine light comes on because this garage keeps the prices reasonable! I drive a 2005 and always request a quote before any work is done to determine if it's worth it to fix. What shocks me the most about this place is their honesty! While most mechanics would give you a song and a dance about the work your car needs, Claudio will cut right to it and tell you if it's worth your time and money to fix or if it’s something you can live without. Seriously cannot thank Autoworx enough for their services, we are customers for life!

Claudio is a GEM of a person. Even though I don't have a car, I called his shop to ask if he would be willing to receive a donation of winter clothes until the elderly lady was able to come pick it up. Despite being very busy with customers, he had 0 issues and held the clothing donation until the needy person could come and get it! 100/100 FOR BEING AWSOME PERSON AND HUMANE...may the universe give Autoworx great success!

Their work is done the right way. Don't waste your money at large chain garages, don't let some other clowns botch the job for cheaper, especially for cash. Just take it to Claudio. No B.S, no headaches. He and his mechanics are top notch. Do it once, do it right, put the problem to bed for good. And you can count on their guys to be thorough and honest.Learned this from experience. Anyone who has shopped around the different local garages as a customer will tell you the same thing. You will always come back to Claudio because he is the best. No cost of labor or parts is ever unjustified or unnecessary here.One time I took my car down the street to a garage that will remain unnamed and they told me I needed a new transmission. This was over 50k kilometers ago and Ive still never had an actual transmission problem yet. I had to drive down and show them myself where to change a shifter cable. 200$ vs. 2000$+. That would have never happened at Autoworx!

This place is only good to change tires, don’t bring your car for anything else they will badly diagnose it and keepChanging parts and never fix your car properly. Very disappointed in their service !!!

This place is like no other, I love this place. The guy's that works on your car really know there stuff and are super polite, I even got a Christmas kiss from one of the mechanic's and he's only worked on my car twice (loved that part!) If there's a part that might give them trouble to fix they will find a way and the receptionist makes you feel like you are at home. I find them to be the most honest and trustworthy group of michanic's I have ever met and I would never think to go anywhere else. There prices are very reasonable also, when my next visit comes in the spring I know that I will have great service. Thanks Autowork
