Best Customer Service experience ever. Leanne and her team really go above and beyond for their customers. Couldn’t be happier with their work. Would highly recommend to anyone else in need of a windshield repair or replacement.

Lianne is amazing. I drove in with a crack on my windscreen, which I got enroute to Quebec. When I called her, she was so helpful with tips on conserving the crack. And when I got there, she was sorry that it was not ‘fixable’. But here is the good part - she promptly got on the phone and connected me with another person in ottawa who could do the job. Here was a case of someone going out of her way to help, even if there was no gain in this for her.I was so impressed with this business.They are amazing.

My car was recently broken into - and I had to replace the driver side window. I went to Kingston Auto Glass and was given a fantastic price and excellent service. They were even kind enough to vaccum up all the broken glass! Leanne was amazing and so understanding, her empathy and kindness was so appreciated. I highly recommend them. Wonderful staff! Fast service. Our driver's side window was smashed during a smash and grab...got it fixed in a day and they took care with getting rid of all the glass in the car and in fact, vacuumed the whold car out for us! I hope I don't need to do this again, but if I do, I will absolutely be going back to them.Leanne rocks!

I took my truck in to get a stone chip repair. Since I have never done this before the girl gave me two options on fixing the chip. I have seen commercials showing the chip disappearing this is what I expected instead she did something else which she said I told her to do. NOT CLEAR about what she was going to do. I wanted the chip to DISAPPEAR this is what I got( picture) Mark is now permanent STAY AWAY FROM KINGSTON AUTO GLASS

Salt of the earth people, impeccable work and excellent value, we could not ask for more. Our daughter broke her windshield Thursday afternoon ahead of a weekend road trip and Leanne was beyond fantastic in helping her. This was our first time visiting Kingston Auto Glass and after our interaction with Leanne we knew that our daughter would be well taken care of. Our daughter's windshield replacement was complete in less than 24 hours from when it was broken and she (we) could not be happier. If you are looking for an honest establishment with caring, hard working people that charge fair prices, no need to look any further. We will refer them to everyone we can. It was fine. They did the job as promosed and, so far, all is well. A one man shop. As the work takes about four hours, you will need transportation home and back.

I had to have 2 windshields replaced: one on my Jeep and 1 on my truck and this place made it almost painless. The work was fast and very reasonably priced, in fact cheaper than the last time I had done it elsewhere.The friendly staff made me feel welcome and I will definitely be back if/when I need another windshield. I would recommend to my friends and family.
