Went here at the end of a long day with my best friend. The guy at the front desk was very rude to us. Having an attitude with us because we were trying to make up our mind if we wanted to do a 15 minute back and neck massage each or if one of us wanted to do a 30 minute foot massage, as they only had 1 staff on. We ended up leaving and going next door to Cali nails, where we received excellent and friendly service and both recieved a 30 minute foot massage. Couldn't believe his tone and attitude towards us as we were very friendly and pleasant to him.

I always enjoy this place. It's pretty, it's clean and the workers do a good job. It a really good place to go if you want a bit of a treat but don't want to book a $300.00 spa day. They have great little mini packages chair massages, foot massage and either a food bath or scrub. You can even just get a quick 15/20 minute massage if you are on a break from work. Love it.

Victoria's hidden gem. The massage I've been waiting my whole life for. I've been to other massage clinics and have paid a lot more, but never left as satisfied as I did after coming here. I got the $20, 15 minute head and neck drop-in, they've got other drop in options as well. Staff are clearly well trained, and friendly. Environment is calm and clean. Price on point, will be back next week!

Great place to relax and enjoy a foot massage or quick chair massage. Staff are friendly and the location is convenient. I like the ability to be able to walk in and, on most occasions, be able to get a massage right away without booking ahead. I also appreciate that they can do shorter length massages so I can get a quick massage over my lunch break.They now offer table massages in a private area in the back to complement their chair massages.

What a shame, I wanted to treat myself to a nice spa day. Not only was it cut short, it was suppose to be 25 mins of both reflexology and upper back, with only a 10 minute food bath which ended up being 20 min of each.. my foot spa unfortunately was the worst experience. The spa lady poured boiling water on my foot which has left a mark on my foot and I laid in pain not enjoying my massage. Unfortunately I told the owners afterwards to which they just said sorry and moved on. What a waste of money. Now my foot is in more pain! What a joke

Faye's is absolutely the best spot for some pampering downtown. She has magical hands that know just how to target all the areas where you hold stress. Highly recommend the 15 minute neck/shoulder and 45 minute reflexology package.
