Costco optical

I went to show my prescription and then was told to wait until the other customer is finished choosing her glasses. Apparently only one customer can go inside to choose and every customer gets to have 30 minutes . Covid restrictions!But it was ok for 4 staff to stand there idle until one customer, who was taking her time choosing, taking photos, discussing with her partner, is finished.When I approached the staff and asked how long will it take? She rudly picked up my prescription and with that very unprofessional tone and look said everyone gets 30 minutes " meaning

terrible... the costumer service people just act like they own the place and they are rude. everytime I visited this place I have been dissappointed by their attitude towards helping and questions from people! Also did an eye exam 3 months ago and the doctor also had a bad attitude and literaly didnt explain me anything and I totally feel like the measurments werent correct since after getting my glasses I still feel like I dont see that clear. AVOID THIS PLACE

i went in to the store to purchase a pair of eyeglasses. The optician at the counter talked me out of the pair that I had originally picked out so we settled on a different pair. I picked them up in December 2017 and from the day that I got them I really did not like them. They constantly fell down which made it very hard to focus. After struggling with them for 3 months I went back to the store and told them that I really was not impressed with the glasses. They immediately agreed to give me a refund. I picked out another pair and picked them up 8 days later. I absolutely love them. I want to thank Costco for their great customer service. I will continue to shop at their store.

The staff with the exception of the youngest member are rude and behave and act as if they know it all. They pretend to be polite but are insincere. I've been there enough times and always hope things will change but this seems a lost cause. Major lessons in customer service are needed.

Leila was amazing. Super friendly, kind, and welcoming. My wife and I both got glasses on this visit and Leila was a treat to spend this 15 minutes with. She was quick and thorough and we had a nice chat during the experience. Thank you Leila!

Rude service. I asked one question and was answered with an incomplete answer. I reworded the question and employee answered again incompletely with a condescending and abrupt tone.Not surprising Cosrco Optical WILL NOT give out PD (measurement in mm between center of pupils from left eye to right eye) measurement until after the customer buys the glasses there. I guess they are scared that people will take their perscription with the PD and buy online which is much less expensive.

The glasses that we have ordered have been very good and cheaper than the optical stores. The staff is friendly.

These 2 stars are for whoever works in the back putting the glasses together. My glasses look great, fit great and were ready fairly quickly. But I cant give any stars to the customer service" representatives. The ladies working there all seem miserable. No smiles or friendliness

Extremely unpleasant experience every single time I go near that counter. Very very rude staff, trying to figure out some new glasses which were giving me vision problems and today I was told to ‘get over it’ by a member. Will not be back to purchase and considering returning the 2 pairs of glasses I bought completely because the issue is not resolved and every time I try to go for help I have eyes rolled at me and rude comments and remarks like I haven’t had eyeballs or glasses before. 0 stars would not recommend going

My new glasses came in quicker than I expected! I placed an order for them on Wednesday right after my eye exam, and was told it’d be a 5-6 day wait. I got a call two days later saying they were in, and they look amazing.Fast delivery, really nice eye doctor and pretty good customer service from the department.
