This place was awesome! I loved the swimming pool and the water slide was great! The breakfast had very good quality. My only complaint are the room desk wasn't well cleaned and tv always had no signal, if they had fixed these issues I would have gave all five stars. Everything else I loved! I recommend this hotel!

Great stay!Staff were kind and very helpful.I love that if you forget little things like a razor, toothbrush, etc, they will provide it at the front desk.Lots of breakfast options for any diet and the coffee was really good.Rooms are clean and the beds were very comfortable

A short but great experience. The rooms were tidy. I only stayed briefly for a wedding but felt very comfortable and welcomed. The staff was attentive. My main contact Ben was very amicable and helped solve our problems right away. Very patient too, so it was easy to talk to him thru the phone. Glad we stayed here!

Had stayed in this hotel before the pandemic and liked it. I had business in the lower mainland and chose to stay here again, 3 nights. Was not disappointed.The hotel is well maintained except for an elevator that was out of service the entire time. I opted for a single king bed with sofa bed; the room was comfortable, well provisioned and clean. The bed was a little soft for my taste. Breakfast is included and includes one hot egg, meat, and potato option each, a self made waffle station, both hot and cold cereal station, breads & pasties with toasters, and beverages. If you need to leave early, a bagged breakfast can be requested. Will stay again.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. There is a train track fairly close, so it's not the best place for light sleepers unless you are good wearing ear plugs. Hot breakfast options are available and allergy friendly if you ask the staff.

Towels were the worse! The coarseness actually hurt to use. Strange but true.Staff was pretty good and nice. The location was pretty good. The main street outside the hotel is pretty loud with fast and furious type of cars going up and down, but did not notice them at night time.

As usual, our Hampton experience was great. Roberta and the other front desk team members were polite and professional. Breakfast was nice, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Great service and a good stay for the family. The front desk staff treated us very well and found us a good value room at last minute. The pool and waterslide are fun and a breakfast in the morning was good quality.

Reception staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Great food in adjoining pub & restaurant. Rooms immaculately clean. Beds comfortable. Pool & hot tub good. Hotel Breakfast had good selection and was good but service left a lot to be desired. Area was not very clean. Tables were not kept cleaned off and were dirty. Noticed that at 8:57 staff began locking up the area.
