I went to Dr. Thomas Cheung's Clinic one week ago for my appoitment in November, 2021. I was shocked and very upset that Dr. Thomas was very rude when he talked to his patient, especially he doesn't listen to what you said and what you explained. Actually I have two issues but he only wants to talk about one issue and asked me to book another appointment for another issue which was only minor issue but really bother me a lot. He couldn't understand how to cotrol his temper and was yelling to his client in front of other patient. Meanwhile, he had threaten his client to terminate his service as an family doctor. After I left his clinic, I heard some of my friends who also had bad experience with him and all complained him about his bad attitude towards to his clients, such as impatient, irritable, even threatened patients sometimes. It was a nightmare experience I had never had before.

The lady working at the front desk is unfriendly and inpatient.

Terrible. Do not trust them.

Terrible customer service. Waiting 6 months for my appointment. Thats why you make an appointment. How can you call me and change my appointment and move it forward. It was for 10am, then you change it to 2pm, then to 5pm, then say you have to move it to the following week. What happen to your time management??? Idiots. I will never recommend this doctor to anyone. Not even my enemies.

Make you sicker instead of healing you every visit.

Dr. Cheung is very professional and knowledge, he is also very kind and warm-hearted. He may not a sweet talker business man, but he is one of the best doctors we should appreciate.
