This store is so amazing. The owner Nicole has created the most beautiful, caring community. The staff is beyond fabulous and help with every detail to create the best outfit. And the clothes are absolutely beautiful. An amazing shopping experience every time. I highly recommend!

The return policy doesn't make a lot of sense. I ordered two pairs of the same jeans as I was not sure about size but loved the style, and went to the store to pick them up. While there, I used their fitting room and tried on the smaller pair, but ended up having to go down one more size. I was offered only store credit for the pair that didn't even touch my body. I was not aware prior to purchasing that they do not offer refunds, or I would not have bought two pairs. Disappointing first purchase experience.

Their return policy is absolutely terrible. So much so that I will never shop here again. If they had confidence and pride in the items they sell their policy would be a lot more flexible. I ordered a dress during a one day sale online but once I picked it up and was able to try it on it didn't fit well on me. Because it was purchased in a one day sale it was considered final sale even though they could have let me return it and sold it again at full price...? Even if it was just for store credit that would be okay but of course this wasn't an option. Now I guess I get to try and sell it somewhere?

An excellent shopping experience! Friendly, helpful staff and unique quality items. I was pleasantly pleased to see so many local business items displayed. We sipped on a delicious flavoured coffee while we leisurely browsed and enjoyed seeing antique and unique displays throughout the store. Although I don’t have littles anymore, I couldn’t help but notice how child friendly this place was, featuring a large play area, even an arcade PAC MAN game and mechanical horse. I’m so happy to have stumbled across this gem of a place and will definitely be a return customer!

So many lovely clothes and accessories! This place has a huge following which can make for a challenge when a new drop happens (have to be quick!) but totally worth it! Love everything I have purchased so far!

I had the pleasure of going here over the Christmas break and I was so pleased. They had free Santa photos for my friends baby and they turned out INCREDIBLE. The owners/workers were so fun and kept us happy while we waited to enter. The items in the store were incredible, I honestly wanted one of everything.

Absolutely love this shop. The items are not inexpensive, but they are high quality and pieces that will still look good several years down the road. The staff are incredible and so helpful and as a person that hates shopping for my post partum body, the style sessions they offer were really helpful! The items I tried on (and some of which I did purchase) were the first pieces of clothing I had tried on since having a baby, that I didn't want to hide from the mirror and rip off immediately. It all fit so beautifully.I love the Instagram posts the owner makes and I find her to be so genuine and caring. And I also love that the sizes are so inclusive for so many body types! Seeing women of all sizes is such a great tool to see how things fit and how you can style things for your body type. Ok -- I think I'm done totally gushing over this shop LOLAs a side note I'm really disappointed to see the anti-mask reviews on here. This shop is not anti mask and the four times I've been in this shop in the last 2 months, all of the staff has been masked and I've seen them cleaning high touch point areas. All of the protocols are being followed. It is unfortunate that people write rude reviews with false info and no facts.

UPDATE: Sweet Jolie responded to my review (see below) and stated that I had a store credit that never expires. I emailed them to discuss this, as this was never offered to me previously. They responded letting me know that their response was a mistake and I in fact do not have a credit, everything is final sale. I asked them to correct their review, however, they haven't as of today. For clarity sake I wanted to update this review to show I was not offered a credit at any point.-------------------------------------------------------------------I recently spent $200 at Sweet Jolie. As I was unable to come in to the store to try the items on, I relied on the sizing chart that was sent to me and selected my sizing based on my measurements. The jeans and sweater I ordered are huge on me, several sizes too large.I requested an exchange and was told that as I purchased their 50/100 promo code, it would all be a final sale... Although these are brand new items that were just released.I always support local businesses whenever possible, and I understand why certain policies are in place. However, there is nothing more important to me than customer service, and their refusal of something as reasonable as exchanging for the correct size is nonsensical to me. They wouldn't have lost anything by allowing me to exchange for the correct sizes.I will not be shopping here again.

I love Sweet Jolie, but struggled with trying to get to their downtown location - our hours never quite jived. It was so nice going to this location. They have so much more to offer and the staff is wonderful. Lots of parking. A nice atmosphere as well.
