Shoppers Drug Mart

Today I was quite shocked when I first met a cashier of a big brand drug store.. had a contemptuous attitude towards Asians.I am very sad to be in this situation. I never thought someone who works at a very big brand would have such an attitude. I'll leave a receipt, timed the payment, so you can check the camera and find the person. I've thought a lot about sending her name, but I'll give her a chance. She (older cashier) not only had a bad attitude towards me, but also attitude towards an old man before me. I don't need to do anything for me, but just show the staff how to live peacefully and with education.

It is located at a very convenient location but always busy at their pharmacy. The quality is jeopardized as well. I received short counted prescription pills every time. Their automatic refill system never worked for me. I still have to call. Had to transfer to another pharmacy.Totally agree with Another review “don’t use this pharmacy unless it’s your last resort. “

Absolutely incompetent. Fed up, moving pharmacies.Taking on too many functions and have lost the ability to preform their intended purpose.

Worst pharmacists in all of Vancouver. Rude, never pick up the phone, terrible customer service. They tell you they will call you for prescription pick up and they never do. They do not process prescriptions sent in by doctors. You have to physically go to the pharmacy to speak to someone and they will treat you very badly and tell you they have not processed prescriptions yet even though it’s been way more than 24 hours. And they’ll make you wait another 2 to 3 hours. And not call you or email you to let you know it’s ready. Just avoid this place.

Don't get a prescription at this Pharmacy unless it's your last resort.I am here to let everyone know that as of 2023, it's been difficult to continue to have a positive experience at the Pharmacy. I use the app, call & come in but it's still frustrating to have delays in receiving my medication. They seem overwhelmed and always busy, the advantages of an open late and convenient location DO NOT OUT weight the ongoing failings. They really need to change how they operate now because even the most basic requests of the pharmacy are not done in a timely or consistent manner. For some reason friendly & knowledgeable staff such as Cameron are replaced with students or foreign workers who can't seem to find my medication.

They refused a return because it was bought at another location. The only business I have EVER experienced where they will not accept returns bought at other locations.Absolutely atrocious customer service!Go to London Drugs, much better customer service.

I was there around 11.25 pm wanted to return some merchandise that i bought from other store and didn’t work out for me. This store was just near my workplace and went there to return this stuff, horrible customer service. There was old lady on the cash register and was so rude and just deny to do refund by saying that i cannont do it because our receipt is different from the one you had so do it in the store where you bought it from. And alao no greeting when you come to the cash register straight question she ask that what are you here for. So fukin rude…….

If you’re a POC honestly go somewhere else, otherwise you’ll be followed everywhere and stared at when youve done absolutely nothing wrong. They love to follow POC and never bat an eye to any white people. It’s disgusting and uncomfortable when my partner and I are here trying to purchase common grocery items as we have just moved here. I will not make my purchases here, I’d rather go literally anywhere else than feel degraded.

January 19th 6PM Pharmacy staff rude and unprofessional.Slams phone down like she's tying to break it - takes my prescription - barks at me: it's going to take 2 hours okay?" while already typing on the computer. I tell her "Two hours? I can't wait that long

The staff giving you information is super misleading they can waste your time and make you come back many times, just good for buying like a supermarket and im just a useless number to them. they told me i can come to get an assessment but they are busy come tmrw, i came by the next day, they are too busy, the third day oh sorry we cant do that go to doctor, wow! and i needed to do a full conversation with questions to get that answer after 3 days of visiting what a crew lost no coordination, just money and selling. ill give it 2 because they have products at least to sell and 0 for the pharmacists there and the management and customer support
