I’m putting this feedback Sunday 29th of January,Coffee Machine is broken, no CoffeeRefused to sell Pizza, they said pizza only for parties, I asked why you are refusing and the two pizza ovens are empty, they said we will have orders soon.I think these type of businesses should close if they cannot offer the right service.We go here because it is the only place available

Great place your kids. It's also fun for adults. They accommodate parties and small groups or singles as well. The best time to come is at open on a weekday. It gets pretty busy on the weekend but if you come at open it's not to crowded for a couple hours. The staff is friendly and great with the kids. The cost is great and they also have a small arcade. The cafe is great and pricing is what you would expect for a place like this. They have a lot of different areas to explore and have fun in. Much better place then anything close by. Overall it's a great experience for the whole family. I would definitely recommend for a Birthday, large gathering or small group. On a rainy day its a perfect thing to do with the family.

I have a special needs child and the manager there has done what they can to accommodate. All the staff are very receptive to his needs once I explain his condition and everybody seems to be doing a good job.My kids have a blast here and it makes for quiet afternoons (once they're done jumping) and early bedtimes!

A wonderful place for adults and children to play and fill their energies, especially in the winter

Celebrated my nieces 2nd and 5th birthday parties here and it was a lot better than I expected. Fun for all ages. Party pizza was a good serving size for abt 30 people (including parents). All the kids loved it. The only downfall I would say is I witnessed one of the staff push by the rock climbing area a teen due to wreck less behaviour. I understand that teen boys can be frustrating at times, however the staff did not show any remorse and made it pretty clear that he was annoyed with those boys. Nonetheless, the party was a success and Kylie our host was exceptional and friendly.

Love this place! Well worth the price for the amount of fun However, during our most recent visit (a Friday night glow event) there was a fight between some teenagers which resulted in the entire facility closing down early and everyone being kicked out. I think there needs to be better security and protocols during these events so that people who are just there having fun don't have to suffer for the actions of a few. My daughter is a great kid who was having the time of her life until the lights went on and we were all given the boot. We were so disappointed to be punished for others actions.

I’ve taken my son with other families before and had a great time. Today we celebrated his birthday to be told so many different things (never before today), didn’t have the person at our table ever and had two employees give attitude and one rolled her eyes. I understand working is not for everyone but if you’re going to be rude, do not work with the public. My son should never cry over someone not wanting to do their job. Super annoyed today with the lack of communication and no organization for his party. Do better. If you’re a manager I’d also suggest to not tell paying parents “they weren’t doing their jobs” and do your job to make sure things are consistent and fun for everyone.

Great activity to get the heart rate up, a leg workout and fun with the family. Came on Monday so not busy and easy to get to use all the areas. My kids LOVED it. Will return.

Excellent value for the money. The girls loved all the jump time with the party package! Our party planner was informative and very punctual. She was helpful sharing how the party time was laid out. Would have a party here again!!
