Watery peach pie! We called to complain and they just gave lots of excuses. She suggested we refrigerate the pie so it'd gel up... a day later it's still liquid. To summarize: pay $40 for a fresh pie then put it in the fridge for the crust texture to change. We won't be back!

My favorite pumpkin pie in Vancouver! Plus amazing staff. Went in totally not expecting to get anything to my surprise they had two pies left. Maybe for the best thanksgiving desert. Thank you so much!

Ordered my first pizza from The Pie Shoppe. It wasn’t busy when I was there so are it there. The pizza was really tasty. Will definitely go back there again for pizza.

This is the BEST pie in Vancouver. The quality of the pie is exceptional. The crust? Heavenly. You can tell each pie is made with love. The one pictured here is the classic apple pie and it's a taste of heaven. Order in advance because they sell out fast.

Interesting place. Very very cute but the pies were okay. They were likeable but not loveable. Try it out though because the owners are great. They also have a wide variety of drinks

Very sad to be writing this review but I feel like it should be noted at the very least. I purchased 2 pumpkin pies that were both extremely disappointing and not the quality I’m used to experiencing whenever I purchase from the pie shoppe. The filling was not attached to the crust so removing the pie from the tin was not only a challenge, it also made a mess. Aside from that, the crust was over cooked to the point where it was difficult to eat. The filling was dry and not mixed well as there were some isolated sweet spots and some salty spots so the flavour was not balanced over all. These pies cost me $18 each, plus 2 containers of whipped cream ($8 each and ridiculously over priced for whipped cream). For these prices, I expect FAR better quality than what I received. I don’t even feel comfortable seeking a resolution at this point as I have recently learned the staff responses to inquiries are discourteous and unprofessional. I think it’s important to support local businesses. My family and I would purchase pies all the time for every family event or special occasion. I’m very saddened by this experience to say the least. I don’t think we’ll be returning due to the shift in quality and lack of professionalism.

Custom ordered their earl grey dark chocolate pie and it was delicious! The filling was very fragrant with the right amount of earl grey to dark chocolate ratio, both flavors complimented each other wonderfully. Was not a fan of the crust as it was unusually hard but a big fan of the filling for sure!

I first discovered the store back when it was located in Chinatown. Loving the new location as it provides more space to sit and enjoy!I've tried their savoury and sweet pies and my all time favourite is their salted honey pie!If you're unsure about where to start go for the classic apple pie with ice cream

I'm sad to leave this review because I really used to like their pies. My review reflects their quick and high price increase. I really don't think $42 for a 9 pie is a fair price
