My husband and I needed to clear up quite a bit of a junk in a very tight time frame. The team at James Junk Removal were able to drop off a trailer within a few hours and were very accommodating. Communication was very clear and fast which made for a very smooth and easy process. Will definitely use them again when needed in the future.

They were able to help out for a heavy couch I needed gone. I would use them again!! It was convenient that I needed other items removed too so I got the full trailer price which I think was well worth saving myself the hassle. Thank you!!

We had this extremely efficient company clean out some rooms of rubbish and then clean the whole house. I highly recommend their services. If you have an estate to clear and clean or just a small purging they are the company.

We needed a house cleaned for pre-sale. It was totally empty, needed walls washed, fixtures cleaned etc...the usual sprucing up prior to selling. When I called to inquire the Owner confirmed his company could do the jobs I needed.A guy and a girl showed up 20 minutes late. Told them what we needed and it was agreed, and we left.Came back an 90 minutes later to check progress: 1 hallway wall washed and 3 cupboard drawers wiped. The guy is standing in the driveway drinking a coffee! The house is a small bungalow.....main floor dwelling!DO NOT HIRE ! it would have taken these 2 ALL day to do what was required at the speed they were going.In my opinion it was a total rip-off.We didn't pay, and ordered them off the property.

I hired James Property Solutions to clean my house and i could not be more impressed. The job was done quickly and had a very reasonable price! Their staff was extremely friendly and hard working and i will definitely be hiring them again in the future!

They say they are LGBT friendly but that is a lie. Two of their employees, driving the company car, just felt the need to intimidate me at Tim Hortons because I'm trans.

I called them to do a clean out of my rental property that was in very bad shape. They promptly attended to the job to empty the house and thoroughly cleaned every detail of the house. Very happy with the work, 4 guys and they worked very hard to get the house back into good condition. Reasonably priced and I’ll be calling them again in the future. I’ll recommend them to anyone! Shoutout to the team lead Adam, he’s the man! He works hard, good attention to detail and keeps the rest of the team in-check.
