Guy at front had worse customer service. No wonder why this place has 3.6 overall rating. Don’t want even to know if they have good prices on electrical stuff.Please don’t reply me we apologize blah blah.Instead teach that guy some manners on the front. I know his name and don’t want to expose him on your company reviews.

Bought 4 occupancy sensors paid over 150$ each had to wait 27 minute till cashier attended to me not only it’s a rip off but made me wait 27 minutes

Very rude & unhelpful staff. 1 minute late till close came from Coquitlam store in heavy traffic. Called ahead to say I was coming and parts I needed. They said no problem just come. 1 min late door open and told we were not serving you. Don’t go there unprofessional and lazy staff also racist to white men.
