Not bad selection on pet supplies and treats. We always love taking our Boston terrier in for an adventure.Some of the products can be a tad over priced, but with the selection that is available there it shouldn’t be an issue to find something in your range.Great selection of healthy foot and treat options.

Update: still waiting to hear back from the cat groomer, last time i went i bought my normal wet food. That wet food has started making my cats sick and they are always out of stock of the dry food we buy for our cats.Old review: Called about getting my cat groomed, they took my information and told us they would get back to me.... Still haven't called back.

I’ve been going to this grooming salon for almost 10 years and have done nothing but raved about it. Lately it’s been a frustrating experience.I booked an appointment weeks ago for today (may 29), and on may 28th I called to confirm the time of my appointment. The lady on the phone had said my appointment was cancelled. I said I didn’t cancel the appointment and she said it was due to the staff member being away and they forgot to call me (I live 40 minutes away so it’s a good thing I called before I left). So I rebooked my appointment for June 5.I received a message over text today (May 29) that again my appointment has been cancelled. I called back to inquire and the man on the phone said I missed my appointment today. I said that I had called yesterday and was told it was cancelled by you and I had to be rebooked.He said it must have been a misunderstanding as my appointment was never cancelled and they don’t have an opening on the day I was supposed to be rebooked.Very frustrating as a loyal customer of 10 years, as I have been now waiting 3 weeks for my dog to be groomed and have to potentially wait 2 more.

I recently visited the PetSmart located in St. Catharines, ON to purchase supplies for my fish tank, and I was pleased to find that the store had everything I needed. However, I do not recommend purchasing fish from this store. Unfortunately, we bought a beta fish from PetSmart and it died only a week later. When we purchased a new beta fish from a different store, we noticed a significant difference in the health and behavior of the fish from the beginning. Despite this, I do recommend this PetSmart if you're looking for a place to take your kids to see the pets.

Very helpful in the grooming section. My dog had fun with a friend of hers running through the local muddy river. She smelled so bad and was so dirty. She weighs in at 75 lbs so no easy task to bath her. Pets smart made everything so easy to bath her providing the shampoo drying towels and high speed blowers. Exceptional service offered.

Great experience at Pet Smart in st Catharine’s picking up our first family pet. Alicia made it so quick and easy. We were in and out in 20 minutes with everything we needed!

Greatly lacking in the aquarium department. I bought 4 loaches from here last week and they all came with the “ick”. i went back to get medicine for them and they have NOTHING that treats fish disease!

St. Catharines Petsmart grooming salon.Meg is an absolute superstar. Our little 10 year old Buddy has been a timid dog his entire life. But when he visits the store for his grooming I'm convinced he gets excited knowing that Meg is waiting for him. She is so incredibly gentle with him and when I pick him up its as if all of his fears have been taken away. It's extremely reassuring knowing that Buddy is being taken care of by someone who truly cares.

Terrible , my dog has been going there for over 3 years for hair cuts , and full grooming .No problems. waited 3 weeks for an appt and Anna decided my dog was having a bad day and wouldn’t take him in to be groomed . Noteably there was another dog Carlo waiting to get groomed at the same time by the same groomer .She double booked herself , and now my dog is having a bad” day .Terrible customer service especially after she was late coming back from her lunch with an unpleasant demour to start back . Unbelievable
