Popped into Pacific Sleep Care in Nanaimo on Metral Drive to see if there’s any updated versions of the sleep apnea equipment my husband uses, Jessica was very helpful , knowledgeable and more than happy to answer any questionsWhen it’s time for new equipment I will be purchasing from Pacific Sleep Care in Nanaimo & from Jessica

Reliable, trustworthy and dependable are three words out of many to describe such an awesome clinic. Have moved mountains for us on multiple occasions- I'd recommend them any day. Jessica, Doug and Bethany are fantastic.

I want to note up front that my first review of this business was not flattering. This is an edit of that review. Why? Because instead of simply replying here to my review, a very pleasant young lady called me at my home to discuss my concerns. That, to me, is service. Each personal interaction I have had with the staff at Pacific Sleep Care in Nanaimo has been satisfactory, and pleasant. I will be purchasing all of my supplies from these people. Thanks Bethany.

Got the machine, tried every appliance with it, and they all dried my eyes out so much, that I have to use eye drops now. (I can’t change what I do in my sleep) I stopped using the device and tried to get a refund. No one called me back to maybe offer an alternative, or even a partial refund. It was an expensive, useless endeavour. I have no extended medical to cover this expense and am not a wealthy person.

The person I saw showed me how to use the device I would be using during the night, asked if I understood then asked me what I should do. This person, forgot name, showed some concern for apnea issues. I felt happy, appreciated, and relaxed. The center called me about the test results and asked if I had seen my doctor, again showing some concern, for a healthy sleep.. Thanks.One month later and the support is still outstanding. Not much more can be said, other than get a good night's sleep with thier help.
