I just purchased a sportage at Langley Kia. We came here because of how helpful and kind they were when my daughter purchased her new seltos. John is the best Salesperson I have ever dealt with. typically am weary of salespeople, but John made me feel at ease. John was very transparent, relaxed, and patient. Thank you to John, Nelson and Gagan and everyone who stayed late to help me get my vehicle.I highly recommend John and Kia Langley because my experience was excellent :)

I have purchased three vehicles from Applewood Kia and also used it for servicing those vehicles. I must say, the staff has always been excellent and helpful in making me feel confident and happy with my choice to use them for my automotive needs. In particular, Chase is a great sales rep, who takes the time to know your needs and help you out and make sure you know your choices and your vehicle well. While I don't foresee needing another vehicle in the near future, if I do I will be sure to return. At the very least, to give my new car its next servicing.

I just bought a new Kia with the help of John and he was such an amazing help! He sent me updates along the way as I waited for the car to get shipped in and he went over in full detail all the features of the car, and how to get the best use out of it. He ensured that I walked away with as much knowledge as possible and I really appreciated it!!

I am writing a review on behalf of my husband because he already wrote a review for this dealership.We had a very bad experience with this dealership but i will give them credit for trying to make it up to us.They made the effort to call us to get us the car we wanted and was able to get one for us.they did charge a bit more than we would have liked but the service we received was much better so i wanted to leave this review.Much credit to Raj who took the time to explain things to us and get us the car.We much appreciate it.

I was window shopping really. I knew I needed a new car soon. Chase came out to see if I needed help. Told him what I was looking for and my price range. He led me to a couple vehicles and let me take a test drive. Two actually, and I drove it to my son’s place for him to check out. Low and behold, in the next few days I bought the car. A week later I picked it up with the roof rack I wanted installed by Chase personally. Chase is a “no pressure” salesman. I never felt rushed or pressured. No lines about someone else being interested in the car. The whole experience at Langley KIA was excellent. Friendly staff and clean dealership. Chase was very knowledgeable, professional, sincere and friendly. I highly recommend Chase at Langley KIA if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.

Great service! Rick, Sheri and Jake were all super friendly and knowledgeable about the car/deal details of what we were looking for. Rick went above and beyond to help us out with anything we needed. He made the purchase of our vehicle easy, painless and we're extremely happy with our car! It was really helpful to have someone who understood what we needed based on what we told him. Highly recommend.

John is legitimately the best Salesperson I have ever dealt with. Normally with dealerships, I typically am weary of them but John made me feel at ease. Applewood Kia Langley is one car dealership I will highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a new/used car. Couple of weeks ago me and my family went there looking to buy a certified used/second car . Chase approached us. He was so nice and friendly. He asked us what we were looking for, all our requirements and any other information that would help him, help us. We went inside.Everyone there, the whole staff is friendly , approachable and helpful. Chase made us feel very comfortable. He never makes you feel pressured. In the end we went ahead and bought a brand new Kia Seltos. We got a great car with awesome financing. When we went back after two weeks for the final settlement and pick up the car, Chase was there on his day off, to congratulate us and go through the workings of the car, the warranties and servicing etc. It has been such a pleasure dealing with Chase. He is top notch. I also want to mention other outstanding staff members there from Nelson, Jake, Raj, Gagan. We had the pleasure to meet and interact with them and they all are awesome. The level of of openness and honesty was so refreshing from a sales team, and the transparency actually closed the deal for me! I love my new Carnival! The vehicle is in impeccable shape, the dealership was clean, warm, and inviting.I was nervous purchasing a vehicle off island and communicating via phone not in person but David made the process so smooth and alleviated all fears. Even bringing my two young children with me the staff were wonderful and accommodating.Highly recommend, I won’t be purchasing a vehicle anywhere else!
